Haven’t started the program yet. But your website and app really suck! Half of the time can’t open. Half of the time error page… impossible. The phone call sometimes from Italy sometimes from Spain sometimes from UK that I always worry before pickup that it’s a scam call

Peliceri almost said that I’m old to have kids and that is something wrong with me. That time i was 34! During that process the only communication is with the secretary, never with a doctor, even if it’s an emergency! They told us the pick up is canceled if we don’t transfer the money, the night before the procedure. The day after the transfer it was some similar situation. Almost a year after this we got positive experience with another clinic, that adjusted the therapy just for me. Checking the blood and eco every second day. It was a bad experience and i don’t recommend this clinic to anyone!!

Thanks to them I had my first baby and now I’m waiting for the second, what can I say professional, attentive, helpful, kind… Doctors, midwives, biologists, nurses, administrators all special people, I can only thank them for their commitment , the dedication and availability that allowed us to realize our dream twice.

After ten years of failures on our path to parenthood, my husband and I finally managed to start a pregnancy, which started very well and which we hope will continue in the best possible way! And all this thanks to the IVI center, first and foremost to Doctor Galliano and her team, who followed us initially… and an even bigger thank you goes to Doctor Pellicer and his team, who brought our journey to a positive conclusion of assisted fertilization. I am, or rather we arrived at this clinic after three years of failed attempts in Florence where in the end I felt like a number. When I arrived at IVI in January 2022, I immediately found a familiar environment which gave us a lot of tranquility. All of Dr. Galliano’s staff have always welcomed us with great professionalism combined with great kindness and courtesy. And although my case was not easy, the Doctor never gave up and with her Dr Gebbia and Dr Selntigia and we consequently did not give up and faced everything with a smile and hope. To date, that hope has turned into a certainty and that dream has begun to take shape. Thank you very much for what Dr. Galliano and her staff have done.
