Wir hatten einen längere Weg in anderen Kliniken hinter uns, bevor wir hierher kamen. Hier haben wir erfahren, mit welcher Genauigkeit und Hingabe gearbeitet wird und nach kürzester Zeit kam das kleine Wunder im Winter.

Das Gute: die Ärztin ist super, eine der besten, die ich bisher kennenlernen durfte.
Die Klinik selbst ist eine Katastrophe. Es herrscht immer nur Chaos. Termine werden nicht eingehalten, die Kommunikation ist immer falsch bis nicht vorhanden. Bei dringenden Fragen gibt es tagelang keine Antwort, am Telefon wird man abgewimmelt. Meine Behandlung konnte musste beinahe am OP-Tag abgebrochen werden, da seitens IVI zum wiederholten Male die Dokumente nicht/falsch versendet worden sind. Dafür stand ich am OP-Tag zusätzlich noch mit einer Anästhesie-Akte einer anderen Patientin da (inklusive sämtlicher Daten dieser fremden Frau).
Und das Schlimmste: leider geht es hier nur um Profit. Dies ist ein reines Wirtschaftsunternehmen, welches mit der Verzweiflung von den Kunden Geld macht. Uns wurden diverse Informationen so zweideutig missverständlich mitgeteilt, sodass wir mehrere Tausend Euro verloren haben.
