We have attempted and failed to have a baby 4 times before we met Doctor Salazar in Malaga. We can never thank you enough for your thoroughness, professionalism and humanity. Everything went perfectly and we are now blessed with a child. The entire team at the clinic is amazing.

I only have words of gratitude to Ivi Málaga. Without a doubt I would choose them again. The team a 10 from first to last. Above all, thanks to Dr. Merino for his empathy, professionalism, attention and closeness.

Laboratory had me all Saturday waiting for a call where they themselves told me we will call you back with a heavy heart waiting for that call that never came to inform me how the procedure was going they sent me an email where I saw it at night and start searching on Google for each word to find out the content of that email how bad I felt waiting for that call that they did not give me that desperation impotence little eptics and administrative issue very bad everything is not rosy

I just completed my social freezing process with IVI clinic as a Belgian living in Malta.

I specifically travelled to Malaga as I was recommended this clinic from a friend for social freezing. I had very high expectations and they even exceeded my expectations.

Everything was super professional, fast and clear. The clinic is very nice and all the staff warm and welcoming through the entire journey. Everyone was so kind and loving all the time. I was supported very well by the entire team, everything was explained to me in detail, pricing, practices and much more. My questions were also always answered, both in English and in Spanish.

I chose the AI package, so I could see my chances of pregnancy and some more valuable and interesting information. Very happy with this offer as i found out the amount of chance at pregnancy and blastocysts, I had pictures of my eggs too.
The surgery went super smooth as well and everything just felt very good to me. I can’t express my satisfaction enough.

Very happy, I will definitely return here for IVF or another round of social freezing. Super professional, but also feels very much like home. I almost felt sad to leave again, haha.

After several unsuccessful attempts at another clinic, we went to IVI Málaga with a backpack full of fear. From the first moment the team listened to us and showed great professionalism. Very bad and disappointing experience.
At first everything is kindness and everything is great, they practically guarantee pregnancy, but they don’t even get an embryo and of course instead of looking for solutions or giving explanations, they tell you that this has never happened to them and the problem is ours, when all the analyzes They are good to start the process but then when it doesn’t go well, they tell you that they are not so good either, conclusion, so that you pay everything correctly, if there are problems it is that you have something wrong, but you don’t know what. If we didn’t have reproduction problems we wouldn’t go, we pay for solutions not for excuses

We would like to share our experience with the IVI clinic. We first learned about the clinic last year completely by chance when we attended a free consultation. From the very beginning, we were pleasantly surprised by the friendly approach, professionalism, and attentiveness of the entire staff.

Initially, we were a bit worried about the language barrier since we are foreigners and don’t speak Spanish. However, we were relieved to find that the clinic staff spoke excellent English, and one of the staff members even knew Russian, which made our communication even more comfortable.

At every stage, we were thoroughly informed about each step — from the doctor to the nurses. This helped us understand the entire process and feel calm and confident. In the end, our second attempt was successful, and just recently, we became happy parents!
