Without a doubt, the best decision we have made. It is clear that the die is cast but the resources provided by IvI and the exquisite human treatment make a perfect combination during the process. A thousand thanks to the entire team!!!

The IVI Baby offer up to 49 years old is misleading and profit comes first.
I am very disappointed by my experience with IVI San Sébastien.
I started the process when I was 48 years old, first I took the guarantee of two embryos, after a successful transfer and a miscarriage at 3 months and a second failed transfer, I wanted to try again with the IVI baby program when I was not yet 49 years old.
After 5 long days of waiting during which my file apparently passed between several services, my request was rejected, for alleged medical reasons, except that no medical reason was communicated to me. The announcement was not even made to me by the doctor, but by an assistant who not only did not explain to me the medical reason for the refusal, but also reminded me that I had made the wrong decision by not taking the IVI baby option 7 months previously, which was particularly violent.
It is therefore false to state that this option is possible up to the age of 49. I wanted to warn women who might be in the same situation as me, even though I know IVI will hide behind the fact that every case is different.
In all cases, it is above all about profit and even before the age of 49, the IVI baby option may be refused to you.

Both my wife and I do not want to miss the opportunity to THANK the entire IVI Donostia team for helping us fulfill our dream of being mothers. After years of searching in different clinics and many treatments involved, we decided to trust IVI. Today, with our 20-day-old little one, we write to thank, on the one hand, the PROFESSIONALISM of the entire team: Administrative staff, nurses, assistants and gynecologists, with special mention to Dr. María Lure, and on the other hand THE TREATMENT and CLOSENESS with which they have accompanied us, which is so needed in these processes. Thank you for your work and for the affection. We would trust again without a doubt.

Very good follow-up dear IVI donostia.
My wife is currently 8 weeks pregnant, the insemination with donated sperm worked the first time. And what’s more, twins!!
we are so happy, the staff have always been present, very attentive and warm. We were welcomed with all the staff smiling and very pleasant.
An excellent clinic, I recommend it 100%

Very good follow-up at IVI! I am currently 11 weeks pregnant thanks to IVI. It worked with the first transfer. All the staff gave us very good advice, and still followed us during the pregnancy, asking for our news. The follow-up is top notch and they answer our slightest doubts and questions during the day. I highly recommend this clinic which was able to guide us and give us the best advice to make it work. We are so grateful to all the IVI staff for allowing us to live our dream of becoming parents.
