We attended IVFMD Boca and the communication is terrible. We can't ever get a call back but we pay $250 for "concierge" service (mandatory charge). If we don't follow-up multiple times then we won't be seen at all.

My husband and I saw Dr. Bauer after being unable to conceive following an early miscarriage. I was nervous we’d be brushed off because we’re young and early in our fertility journey, but Dr. Bauer was incredibly kind, understanding, and supportive. She took us seriously and ran thorough tests on both of us. Thanks to her diligence, she discovered several uterine fibroids that were making conception difficult. I had a procedure to remove them, and although I experienced some complications afterward that required another procedure a week later, Dr. Bauer immediately got me in and took great care of me. She explained everything clearly and was compassionate, patient, and attentive throughout. I truly felt cared for. After recovery, she diagnosed me with endometriosis and encouraged us to try naturally for six months before discussing further options. When we still hadn’t conceived, I began to lose hope, but to our surprise, we found out we were pregnant in September! Since then, Dr. Bauer has brought us in for weekly ultrasounds and has been genuinely excited for us every step of the way. We recently graduated from her care at nine weeks, and it was such a bittersweet moment. The entire Boca office is wonderful, and her nurse Leslie is an absolute angel—always kind, helpful, and compassionate. Dr. Bauer is truly an exceptional doctor who goes above and beyond for her patients. She’s caring, thorough, and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand. I can’t recommend her enough.

There are way too many good IVF locations in Florida to settle for this location. This location prides itself on having honest pricing when it’s the furthest thing from the truth. The front desk staff was rude and after explaining to them that I only wanted testing done by my insurance, they assured me they would not run any bloodwork that was not covered. Come to find out, I am being charged for the bloodwork I did not authorize. In addition, prior to my appointment, I asked twice if my husband could attend MY consult or if he would need his own. They said yes of course he can attend at no cost. During the consult I was the only one who spoke to Dr. Bauer, yet a month later I get an insane bill in the mail because my husband was present during the consult. IVF is such a delicate process, I would 100% recommend you go to a facility that cares about you and not how much money they can make off you. I notified them of both errors prior to this review and they couldn’t care less. What a terrible money driven facility. Save your money and put it to good use elsewhere. There is another great facility less than 10 minutes from them that we found.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! The team at IVFMD was wonderful throughout our IVF journey. They were patient, kind, and reassuring. The entire staff is very accepting and LGBT-friendly! The medical team, including Dr. Bauer and Marta, was wonderful and really paid attention to detail, which, when it comes to reproductive health, is of such great importance. The nurses and front desk were all very helpful! They really become a part of your IVF family during this stressful journey. The medical team was always alert and always answered any messages I had. They would even reach out on the weekend with test results if it was important to make any changes to the treatment plan. I would 1000% recommend IVFMD to anyone looking to start their IVF journey. - Veronica & Claudia

I would not recommend this clinic. I had billing issues in which they charged me for a service (SIS) wrong and I had to deal with that on my own with insurance. In addition to the billing issues with the SIS, the provider that did the SIS said everything looked good and told me to make an appointment to come up with a treatment plan (she recommended IVF). I decided to get another consult with another provider who did a hysteroscopy which showed that the uterus was not good like IVFMD implied and I actually needed a D&C. My time with IVFMD felt like a waste of time and money. Very impersonal.
