My wife and I loved our experience at the Viera IVFMD. We loved working with Dr. Nichols, Gretel, Jordan, Kayla, Michelle, the nurses who drew the blood whose names are escaping me. They were all very kind, supportive and happy for us when our IUI worked on the first try! We are now eight weeks pregnant and graduated, thanks to all of them! We can’t wait to start IVF with them to brew up some more babies! 👶

I don’t usually leave reviews but I think it’s important for all women going thru infertility as it’s such a hard thing. Don’t go to Dr. Nichols. She was incredibly harsh and had zero empathy. I thought as a woman she would be more empathetic but she was incredibly harsh. She told me I had less than 1% chance of getting pregnant and I did get pregnant naturally so these numbers aren’t based on facts but fear mongering so you proceed with donor eggs which she pushed heavily! Go to Orlando if you are from Melbourne! Much better care. On one of my procedures she kept telling to the nurse she looks so young people don’t realize she is a doctor. She doesn’t? That’s so unprofessional. She isn’t aware of how she comes off. I can say so much more but please ladies if you are a complicated case don’t go to her! She will push you to do not eggs and pry on your difficult situation

Was happy with service until they "lost a 500.15$ cash payment i made." They are now saying i still owe. Or I could get a "15% discount" for the 500$ i already paid. My advice keep very good records of payment. Be aware.

Mixed IVF clinic experience with long waiting times and unprofessional staff, resulting in a mixed outcome.

Dr. Nichols, Olayne, Yusi, and Evelyn comprised our dream team during our nearly two years of fertility treatment. Dr. Nichols was kind and patient while also being realistic and determined. Fertility treatment is hard, but having the team we had at IVFMD Melbourne made it so much easier. These women became like family and were just as driven as we were to get the result we wanted. Forever thankful for the entire IVFMD staff for helping make our dreams come true. We couldn't recommend them enough.
