If I could give them a 0, I would. Point blank to start, they don’t care. They have tatics to get you in and make you spend so much money to tell you your services won’t even be done in their own office but they will risk transporting your embryos. Terrible at communication and no one is ever available to call me. I have been waiting for an office manager to call me and the financial lady said she’s barely working, so how am I supposed to get help?

Worst clinic ever. Stay away and never waste your time and money here. They don't care about the patients needs, but just for the own wallet. Completely unprofessional.

Started the process by meeting with the Dr. You develop a plan based off your situation. It’s developed by doing testing to understand what you will need supplement and medication wise, but we didn’t get a follow up for 4 months after the first tests and when we reached back out to see what was going on, they wanted us to do more test, which delayed us another 4 months. Plan starts and that is when the problems start. They give you such little detail about the process before you start that you don’t have any REAL questions to ask. Once you start, they give you all the medications to inject/take, but never once did they explain what they were, why you need them, side effects, etc….. So you ask to talk to the doctor about this because you have a million questions, but they want you to pay the doctor to talk to her. Then when it comes time for retrevial, they tell you they can’t do it at the location you have been coming to and send you 2 hours away to another location, when they could have informed you of this weeks before, instead of 2 days before. They need to desperately change there process of delivering information before you start, but seems intentional so you have to pay the Dr everytime you have a question. Communication is severely lacking at this establishment. Hopefully we are close to being done at this point so we don’t encounter any more surprises, they make this such a tiring process that it’s not even exciting anymore. Patient Experience is not even considered at this place, which should be priority, when considering the reason you are there.
