After we had already been treated at another clinic and looked at a third one, we decided to continue treatment with Dr. Albowitz decided. Here we were given detailed advice and were given time to make decisions and no pressure was put on us. No unnecessary additional treatments were carried out.
What was very important for us personally: individual wishes were taken into account as far as possible and not every patient was treated according to plan X, as in other clinics. Specifically, in our case we wanted to approach the treatment slowly and as “naturally” as possible. Even though this might have a negative impact on the clinic’s success statistics, it was taken into account.
Dr. Albowitz was empathetic after the first unsuccessful attempt and plans were then continued based on the new findings.
The second attempt was successful and after an uncomplicated pregnancy we now have two healthy children at home ☺️

The treatments were explained to us in detail and we were also very well looked after by Dr. Albowitz and the practice team. Even if I didn’t always get through straight away on the phone, it always worked and I didn’t have any accessibility problems.

We are very happy that the IVF center supported us on the way to our family happiness and that our healthy and happy daughter is crawling around us.

However, the accessibility of the practice for appointments and querying values ​​is catastrophic and costs a lot of time and nerves, therefore only 4 points.

We are currently with Dr. Albowitz undergoing treatment. His very pleasant, balanced nature makes you feel very comfortable there. Questions are answered comprehensively and competently. No unnecessary treatments are forced upon you, quite the opposite.
And even if you have questions outside of office hours, you will always be answered immediately, so you will never be left in the lurch!

After it was pointed out to me that I should express my review personally, I corrected it and left out the emotional aspect and reported factually: I am 33 years old, eggs are great, cycle is great, endometriosis has been removed, but implantation doesn’t work. Was treated privately for 2 years for €20,000 = from 5 cryo to 2 ISCI whether just normal transfer or blastocyte stage all without pregnancy. All the staff are always friendly, including the doctor. Difficult to reach by phone as there is a lot going on. Waiting times for an appointment are usually around 1 hour because there are a lot of patients.
