This people are not professional neither honest. When you are American they hide all they normal prices and charge you more. They are rude . I do not recommend then. They are not honest.

The medical assistants, receptionists and telephone staff are all super nice.
The practice is well organized so there are rarely waiting times.
The second IVF attempt worked and we had our miracle in November.

Unfortunately, I can’t agree with the positive reviews, even though I would like to. The two stars are only given to the medical assistants, who are mostly very courteous, open and kind. Unfortunately, 3 of the 4 doctors we have met so far have not covered themselves in fame. Lack of empathy (“Why are you crying now?” after being very insensitively and unexpectedly given the rather modest result of a spermiogram that you had previously been chasing for 2.5 weeks, as one of the examples), rough treatment and absolute unreliability (I mentioned “Waiting” for the spermiogram) unfortunately turned out to be common practice in our case. Unfortunately, we feel really badly cared for and treated. Unfortunately, one of the doctors repeatedly made inappropriate, almost invasive statements about the points mentioned (“What, you didn’t take your husband’s name after the wedding? What kind of customs are those?”); “yes, typical in yours Job, they never have a clear mind and want to do everything overly correctly”; “I saw that MADAME hasn’t been vaccinated yet” (you should have gotten dressed and left immediately). and sensitive patients. You turn to professionals for help with such a precarious issue and then experience nothing but unreliability, a lack of empathy and inappropriate comments is a shame.

Thanks to the excellent staff at the IVF-Saar Clinic, we have a couple with massive fertility problems
en (severe OAT diagnosis) had two wonderful children.
You should rely on the competence and experience of the doctors!
Worth mentioning would be Dr. Tauchert, who, thanks to the right approach, gave our first child a sibling.

I thought for a long time whether I should share my experience here. I decided to do this because it might make an improvement for other sufferers. First of all, the doctor’s assistants are very nice and helpful, most of the doctors are friendly. Unfortunately, you always end up seeing different doctors during treatment. Unfortunately, one of them has no empathy whatsoever and, according to him, carries out rather hopeless transfers (“it was almost clear that nothing would work”). Then why do you do it? When it comes to advice, now that we are in another clinic, I can say that there is still a lot of room for improvement.

“We Highly Recommend IVF: A Warm and Hopeful Experience!”
My husband and I can only recommend IVF. We had been receiving treatment there since January and have now been discharged. Now we are looking forward to our offspring. Dr.Alt and Dr.Happel in particular are such great doctors. Where once there was no hope, they gave us courage and were so damn warm. The whole team is just great and exudes great warmth. Thank you so much dear IVF, you are the very best!!!

“Fertility Clinic’s Vaccination Requirement Feels Like Blackmail to Me”
We had already started treatment in the fertility clinic, then the doctor offered us that further treatment could only be continued on the condition that we were “vaccinated against corona”.
Not an option for us and borders on blackmail.

“Felt Right at Home with the IVF Saarbrücken Team – Our First ICSI Success!”
We felt completely at home in the clinic from the start. We were always warmly welcomed. You always felt very well looked after and understood. The step into the clinic and the journey of Kiwu is not easy, but the IVF team was always there and you just felt like you were in good hands. After almost a year of diagnostics etc., our first ICSI was successful and our son is now 12 weeks old.
