Very disappointed with the clinic. Even after two consultations, they did not hear me as a patient, disregarded my needs and saw me just as a possible liability to their practice. My second consultation lasted 7 minutes and cost me $100 with insurance. And it was virtual.

I have been trying to get pregnant for the first time for 2 years now. While receiving the run around from two different obgyns during that time, so i came to IVF who states they specialize in this field. I have not gone to school for the medical field nor have I ever worked for or have been trained on how to work with new patients at IVF. I have been told the plan needed to help get them information they need to find out why I can get pregnant but due to my lack of schooling or training in the medical field I do not know alot of the verbiage used for the orders and labs that I need to go get and provide to IVF. I also wasn't provided details on their procedures of checking the health portal for documents and notes to move along the process, I had to keep calling to find out next steps until one day someone told me I had to login to the portal to get the information. Feeling like I'm getting the run around again and it feels like I will be doing all this lab work all over again with a different office next year to still not know why I'm so unlucky and unable to get pregnant even once.

Very disappointed oh how a doctor can bring your dream of becoming a father down. After spending 20 plus minutes talking about a thyroid issue than really focusing on what was the problem. Thankfully my wife and I we decided to seek a second opinion and that second opinion was successful despite all the medical complications DR.Couvaras had stated. Also I will like to add that the staff needs to learn customer service and the medical biller needs to learn more about insurance and how to process a medical bill. My wife and I we made our dream came through but not thanks to DR.Couvaras. Don’t need an email regarding this review or a phone call. This is a review for others to consider your service.
