My wife and I have been with IVF Phoenix since the summer of last year, and the entire experience has been amazing. From day one, the staff has been incredibly helpful, kind, and supportive. Everyone has excellent bedside manners and always makes us feel comfortable and cared for. Dr. Couvaras is informative and straightforward. He explains things clearly and helps guide us through this journey with confidence. We were nervous about finding the right doctor but after meeting Dr. Couvaras and his team, we knew we were in the right hands. They made a very intimidating process feel manageable and hopeful. Another thing we especially love is how easy it is to communicate with the office. We can text them with any questions, which makes getting answers fast and efficient. We couldn't imagine going through this journey with anyone else and are incredibly thankful to have found this practice!

I came to Dr. Couvaras after more than 4 years of working with other providers. I found his candor and hands on approach to be essential in what would end up being a successful cycle. What he does different starts with his intake and deep dive into testing to ensure every step of the process has the best chance of success. He was the one performing most ultrasounds, he was the one updating my protocol. He was very honest about my likelihood of success and not allowing me to have treatments that would be futile, even if it meant less profit for him. He will be honest, blunt even. But there is no guess work which I deeply appreciated. Dr. Couvaras is backed by a team of thoughtful, kind, and proactive nurses, staff and clinicians. They knew me when I would come in and were invested in my progress. I felt heard and important. I highly recommend Dr. Couvaras and team.

I cannot recommend IVF Phoenix enough. Dr. C, office manager Rhoda, and the rest of the team are warm, compassionate, attentive, and very responsive. Appointments are almost always on time. Dr. C is dedicated to, and goes the extra mile for his patients, even coming in on a weekend and holiday to just to work with my body's timing and then to address an emergency. When I experienced some strange symptoms another weekend, he took the time to reach out to and consult with another specialist, address my concerns and call in new prescriptions, all on his birthday. Dr. C's expertise and competence are also outstanding. I came to him with several rare preexisting conditions, poor egg quality and a high rate of aneuploidy after another doctor had recommended I try with donor eggs instead of my own. From my very first consultation, he was well informed on my conditions, asked new questions, and investigated things that had not previously been looked at. Once we started and had unsuccessful cycles, he came up with new strategies and ideas to overcome the issues I was facing. Even when I was ready to give up, he did not, and his confidence helped me overcome my fears and doubts to try again. When we finally got a euploid embryo, he did everything in his power to ensure I had a successful transfer, doing pre-implantation testing, adding a special protocol to my cycle, and supplement and lifestyle changes to boost the chances of success - and it worked. I cannot thank Dr. C enough for his dedication and steadfastness in making my dream come true, and his team for their support throughout my journey.

Dr. C and his staff are the best! I highly recommend them if you are looking to start IVF! From the start they're very attentive when I had questions and Dr.C even was able to answer questions ive always wondered about with out me even asking he knew i probably suffered from headaches ringing in the ears sudden vision loss i thought i was dying or had a tumor he simply said it was just a vitamin deficiency put me on the right vitamins and now im all good! All that happened with my first appointment with him ive now gone through medications and egg retrieval and his staff down to the anesthesiologist was super kind and attentive they told me everything they were going to do every sound i was going to hear and what it was for. post egg retrieval was and still is a WILD recovery and his team is literally a txt message away they've responded to all my questions no matter how gross and maybe to much information and i literally cant thank the enough!
