Excellent clinic with outstanding personnel. We met the team at IVF Donostia while temporarily relocated to the area due to work. The entire team was professional while compassionate, accommodating of our unique situation, and just awesome! We had previously worked with clinics in the US and in contrast we were truly impressed with the team at the IVF Donostia clinic. We recommend them without reservation. We started our journey of being mothers about 3 years ago or so. We went to the clinic for a first visit and to have them explain to us a little about what the entire process of getting pregnant was like. We were very clear that we wanted a specific method, and from that first visit in which we felt extremely well received and treated, in which they also answered many doubts and gave us a lot of confidence, we were very clear that everything was going to turn out well. And so it was, it turned out great the first time. Thanks to the entire team that is part of IVF in Donosti, from reception, to the gynecologists who gave us the treatment, and to the nurses, we can enjoy a beautiful baby girl who has just turned two months old.

In short, whenever we talk about how we started, we talk about the wonders of IVF and we never stop recommending them. They have changed our lives and we will always be grateful.

Thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart to the entire IVF Donostia team for the treatment they gave us in our IVF process.

When they told me that it was going to be very difficult to be a mother without resorting to assisted reproduction, my world collapsed. I received a deal that left a lot to be desired in the public one and we decided to go to the private one to try our luck and see options.

Our intention was to see more than one clinic before deciding but it was not necessary. It was entering the door at IVF and Goreti and team already beat us. Then the appointment with Ainhoa, the tests with gynecologists, nurses… a 10.

It is a very vulnerable moment, difficult psychologically and they make you feel comfortable, accompanied and that human quality is key and necessary.

You receive personalized attention because each body, each situation is different and they offer you the best treatment for your case.

I will never stop recommending the clinic to anyone who asks me and needs it.

The waits between tests and results are hard, and emotional support is essential in all of this and that they receive you with a smile, everyone knows your name, your case and that they give you that love…

I will never forget the day the nurse called me to tell me that the beta was positive and that she was excited.

We quickly headed to IVF Donostia after reading (at the time) 100% positive reviews on Google (5/5) and because the geographical proximity suited us (6 hours drive so very compatible with the sometimes needs of last minute in PMA and above all no plane hassle or exorbitantly priced hotels like in Barcelona). The first telephone contact (February 2023) was very encouraging (immediately after the completed and free contact form): a clinic certainly not the cheapest for PMA that we were looking for but the feeling of being listened to, the advice provided by the advisor (Jean-Philippe at the time) and the quotes received immediately for information convinced us. So yes we have to “check a lot of boxes” and do a lot of examinations and blood tests to be sure that all the lights are green but it is in their interest and also ours to take into account all the factors that determine the success of this PMA, which for many of us, is the last chance. The size of the clinic (small) also convinced us that the follow-up we would have would be of quality, and this is verified. After a face-to-face interview brilliantly conducted by Ségolène (with whom we signed the contract), we were followed by Maëva, who responds systematically during the day, as far as possible. We met a total of 3 Doctors, including 2 different ones for the 2 transfers. At our level and after 8 years of unsuccessful PMA in France, it was more the quality of the follow-up by Maëva that mattered to us than the “privileged” contact with a Doctor, even if it is he/she who performs the “key gesture”: embryo transfer… After a first vain attempt in a substituted cycle, I requested a transfer to a natural cycle, a big first for me who had never been offered this possibility in 8 years of PMA in France (that doesn’t help the doctors and their busy schedules…). IVF Donostia accepted my request for this 2nd TEC and, by chance or not, it worked, for a pregnancy which proceeded normally and resulted in a full-term birth. Inès was born on October 23, we are crazy, she is our autumn sun. We believe that IVF Donostia selects egg donors carefully because an acquaintance also gave birth last July, and she knows other women who are also mothers thanks to IVF Donostia. Our disappointment following the 1st TEC without results was forgotten with the success of the 2nd so a big thank you for your professionalism. Ladies/gentlemen who hope to become parents after so much waiting, I highly recommend IVF Donostia if, like us, you live in the west of France. Study carefully all the possible offers according to your profile and listen to the clinic’s recommendations, find out about ALL the conditions of the guarantees and do not hesitate to ask all the questions before signing (selection of the donor, TEC/TEF , PGD possibility, conditions for guaranteeing the number of embryos, etc.). IVF-life Donostia is a clinic that gave us exceptional care! We are very grateful for the way everyone carries out their work. They manage to make some lovely moments even though we know the difficulty of our journeys. We feel that they love their work and do it with heart.
And of course the professionalism is there, very available, always a precise answer within the day to each question. Their treatment plan is very precise and understandable. They also helped us a lot to make decisions during difficult times without ever judging us.
Our journey, like all PMA journeys, was punctuated by unforeseen events and we felt very supported by the team. We now have the pleasure of experiencing an ongoing pregnancy thanks to the second Egg Donation trial.
We are very grateful for the work done by all these good fairies (male and female!) and for the humanity you infuse into it.
