Our experience with IVF Florida has been amazing. I can’t rate them any higher. Dr. G, his nurse Mackenzie Bell, Dr. Z, the ultrasound techs, the front desk, the lab team have been all very nice, attentive, patient and friendly to me. By the end of two IUIs and two IVFs they treated us like family. I feel lucky to have had such an amazing team taking care of me. They made our dream come true and made us feel at home during this hard and exhausting process. Mackenzie has been always available and answered all my questions with a smile even through my hardest moments, she’s one special lady. I can’t thank them all enough. I highly recommend the Jupiter office, Margate office has a completely different atmosphere and it’s been disappointing.

This was the best experience! Everyone was so helpful and I had constant access through a chat with my care team. Sam, my nurse always took time to explain every procedure and I they even set me up with a support group and on call nurse, on the clock till 9 pm! This support group kept me grounded. I was lucky that I got pregnant the first time! At 6 weeks pregnant, I was bleeding and they took me right away to an ultrasound. Baby was healthy. Unfortunately, I needed a few emergency ultrasounds, but they took me immediately and baby is fine. I am 20 weeks preggars and I cannot wait for the IVF team to meet my baby! There is no doctor better than Dr. Gualtieri!

I went there on 11/21 to have a test done. As of 12/15, I still have not received my results. I spoke with someone in the records department who told me the results were emailed, but I never received them. When I called back, I was told I could come to the office to pick them up in person.I arrived at the office at 4:10 PM on 12/15, but the door was already closed. I then called again and spoke with someone by phone, but after being placed on hold, no one returned to the call.This delay and lack of communication have been very frustrating. I am requesting my test results and clearer communication going forward.
