"Айди по-чевръсто!" Това ли трябва да бъде обръщението към пациент на който му предстои процедура? Това ли ви е професионализмът? Тези думи бяха отправени към мен от главната медецинска сестра Нина Янакиева, защото трябваше да попълня необходимите документи. Идвах от работа, за което бях предупредила предишните дни. Препирането не беше редно от ваша страна. Както и връчването на документите, които трябваше да се допопълнят още докато лежа. Аз съм на първо място пациент, а на второ клиент! Заслужавам уважително отношение! И го изисквам, защото си плащам за предоставяните от вас услуги! Вместо да се коментират емоционалното и психическото ми състояние и да се изтъкват като причини за успешността на процедурата вземете предвид вашето отношение. То не беше и не е на очакваното от мен ниво. И не товарете пациентите с излишна информация относно личния ви живот. Тя може да е много интересна за вас, но наистина е излишна и натоварваща. Винаги навсякъде ще има недоволни и негативни коментари,но аз пък на база дългогодишен опит в други клиники мога да кажа само едно огромно БЛАГОДАРЯ на Ню Лайф,д-р Петрова,целия екип и по мое мнение най- добрите ембриолози у нас.Въпреки многото трудности при мен, успях от първия път, д-р Добринка Петрова има златни ръце, не усетих трансфера кога започна и свърши,а винаги е бил много неприятен за мен.И въпреки нестандартното си поведение на моменти, е изключително мислещ и сърдечен ЧОВЕК. И понеже ние сме от Бургас,поклон пред нея и за заслугата за бургаския клон на клиниката,където от самото начало ме пое прекрасната д-р Дарина Давидова- също невероятен професионалист и ЧОВЕК,която морално ме " държеше за ръката" докато извървим целия път преди и по време бременността ми! Първо, искам да благодаря на момичетата, които работят на регистратура, винаги са били мили и отзвичиви. Оплакването ми е от доктор Христов Йорданов, егото му е в пъти повече от професионализма. Многократно ми отказа 45 дневния болничен преди термин. Когато разбра, ще ще раждам при друг лекар, отношението му рязко се промени. И не е необходимо да лъже, че съм отказала преглед, била съм на достатъчно платени прегледи при него, включително и в Мц доктор Минев. Единият преглед отмених, защото бях в болница поради усложнение с бременността. Този бездушен лекар дори не попита как съм и какво е състоянието ми, по - важно му е да вземе пари от преглед. За него станах "губене на време" и на мое място можело да запише друг пациент и да вземе 200 лв. Това са негови думи. Нормално ли е да разстройва бременна жена, която до преди дни е била в отделение патологична бременност. Жалко, доктор Йорданов, имате потенциал, но нямате душа. За тази работа е нужно и сърце, а вие сте безчувствен. Парите не са всичко, бъдете човек преди всичко.

НЕ ПРЕПОРЪЧВАМ и ако можех да дам нула звезди, щях да го направя. Мадам Петрова е арогантен циник, първо фамилиарничи за да получи най-важната информация - какъв сте по професия, защота така може да планира колко лоялен клиент (касичка) бихте били, докато Ви убеди да се пристъпи към процедурата, а след това започва да се държи сякаш никога преди не сте се срещали…. Освен, че не беше се подготвила с информацията която предварително бях дала за себе си като история (по време на процедурата, си спомни, че съм имала друга интервенция, която трябваше да бъде взета предвид предварително), а също така не ми назначи пълни изследвания преди да пристъпим към самата процедура (отново предвид предишни операции). Тоест, не си мислете, че тя дори си прави труда да седне и да се подготви за Вашата така чакана процедура - - тя действа по памет и хаотично… Съмнително е какво точно се прави в тази клиника!! Загуба на време, емоции, напразни надежди и емоционално осакатяване на двойки и семейства. Не се доверявайте и не си пилейте средствата и времето там. Протоколът е да се “претупват” нещата припряно за да има и следващи пъти! Сестрите са мили и наистина се стараят, но от тях нищо не зависи. И не на последно място, би било добре да имате достойнството поне да вдигнете телефона и за обясните нещата за които не поехте отговорностите си.
