I regret to share my deeply troubling experience with Iscare during hospitalization. From the outset, I was subjected to highly unprofessional behavior. The level of care and respect that any patient should reasonably expect was blatantly absent.

In addition to the unprofessional conduct, when I raised my concerns through a formal complaint, the response I received was shockingly aggressive and hostile. Rather than addressing my grievances in a constructive manner, there were clear attempts to silence me. This included dismissive attitudes, reluctance to provide explanations, and an overall adversarial approach.

Such treatment is wholly unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting where patients are at their most vulnerable. It is disheartening to see that instead of fostering a culture of accountability and improvement, the response from Scare seemed geared towards intimidation and suppression of valid concerns.

I sincerely hope that IScare re-evaluates its approach to patient care and complaint resolution to prevent others from undergoing similar distressing experiences.

Had an amazing experience back in 2018, even with the slight language barrier, everything turned out fabulous! My breast augmentation done by Dr. V is still amazing after all these years! So glad I came to this facility.

At the clinic, I underwent labiaplasty with the primary doctor Píchy, the procedure was quick, the primary doctor is great, the nurses are nice and the premises are clean. Totally satisfied, thank you 🙂

The clinic is fine except for the reception downstairs. Very arrogant behavior. You have to register at the reception and after that they will give you an entrance card with which you have to open the gate to enter the clinic and back. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out for me, not just me but more people, and because of that we got mocking remarks. So I expected different behavior. Otherwise everything is ok.

I can only recommend this clinic and especially the doctor, Lucie Hasenöhrlova, I had a tummy tuck and liposuction, the result simply exceeded my expectations. I am very excited. A big compliment to all the staff and especially Ms. Foitova, everyone was very nice and helpful.

Awful company. As a nurse I thought I had researched this company well but unfortunately my experience with IScare and Dr Vatlak has been nothing but unprofessional and unacceptable.
I had upper and lower blepharoplasty with Dr Vatlak in 2023 and at first I was happy with the results which led me to trust him to carry out a face and neck lift in 2024.
I advised him of my expectations and he agreed that they were realistic and assured me that I would be happy with the results.

The surgery seemed to go well and I was discharged the following morning after surgery. As a medic, I was aware of the importance of following the aftercare and I followed it to the letter.
2 weeks post op I noticed that I was starting to develop sagging in the face that I did not have pre op and the skin on my neck was still very loose, I was advised by the patient co ordinator ‘Petra’ that it was normal and due to the swelling. I requested a review with the surgeon at 6 weeks and was declined stating he would not review me until 10 months post op so that any swelling would go down.
At 10 months post op I had developed mid cheek ptosis along with the previous complaints and again refused a review by Petra the patient co-ordinator stating the Dr likes natural looking work and he thinks its amazing and wont review me. At no point had the surgeon seen me face to face.

I logged an official complaint at 12 months post op and following a consultation with another surgeon who advised I should have been advised of needing a deep plane face lift, something IScare do not do!
I received a reply from their CEO tomas who told me Dr vatlak believes he has done an amazing job and wont review me! My pictures show I had none of the issues I have now on the picture taken the morning of my operation.

They are unwilling to review me let alone correct the issues that have occurred since he performed the surgery, so I am reporting them to the Czech medical chamber and seeking legal advice.

Please avoid this clinic, there are other women I have spoken to that have also had the same issue and been refused any review and fobbed off. This clinic takes your money and do not provide any follow up care.

UPDATED: As you can see from the reply from the clinic, they do not listen because I have clearly stated in this review that I have reached out MANY times with my concerns and I have been fobbed off. Their reply to my review clearly show’s their level of professionalism.

I have been visiting this clinic or the gastroenterology department for less than a year. For me, everyone’s perfect professional approach. Beautiful and clean environment and speed. I am delighted. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you very much, my illness is getting better thanks to you 🙂

I recommended the clinic 14 years ago and my recommendation has never disappointed anyone.

I had a gastric balloon inserted at the clinic at the beginning of November and the appointment was booked through Royal Medical. Communication was great with both the clinic and the service provider (Andrea from RoyalMedical). Everyone I communicated with spoke good German. I was constantly accompanied by Mr. Nosek, who informed me about all further steps. Thank you very much at this point!

During the appointment itself everything went as planned and smoothly. I had to stay in the hospital for one night and was well looked after so that I had hardly any complaints after the insertion. After the stay I have a nutrition plan and recommendations from Mr. Nosek received and I’m now looking forward to the result in a year. So far I have lost almost 4.5 kg, which is impressive for just under 4 weeks.

My review refers to the Department of Gastroenterology. I’ve asked many places, and I do this as the best in the field. The patient is always in the first place, there is no waiting for several hours, the administration of everything is unmatched, there is no shortage of cold water, wifi, a snack machine – little things that please. I also do things that I don’t have to. The professionalism of this place constantly breathes on you. Thank you very much for all the effort and I would like to highlight the empathetic and humane approach of MUDr. Zdychynecov. She supports in every situation and is incredibly human, she always tries automatically(!) to accommodate in everything.
