Unfortunately, nobody respects schedules here. Making an appointment for 11 AM to be seen at 2 PM is a complete lack of respect for patients. I'll never go back and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Terrible!

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Fabiany and, beforehand, confirmed with the secretary if she accepted Unimed insurance. She said yes. However, I wasted my time and a morning of work. I scheduled the appointment in April, and the only available appointment was in November. I waited all those months, and when I finally arrived to be seen, I was informed that my insurance plan was not accepted. This could have been avoided if the secretary had asked, from the beginning, what my insurance plan was, especially since she herself stated that this error happens with other patients. I understand that this type of verification should be basic protocol to avoid this kind of inconvenience for other patients in the future.

My experience at the clinic was great! But I want to highlight how amazing Dr. Mirielem is. She is attentive, patient, and super welcoming. Without a doubt, the best gynecologist I've ever had. I am very grateful for everything this wonderful professional has done for me. Furthermore, the doctor is always seeking new knowledge and brings new treatments, medications, and procedures to her patients. Simply impeccable!
