We highlight Ceci, Larissa and Isabel for their close and kind treatment, affectionate and attentive at all times, giving encouragement when we needed it most and we appreciate it wholeheartedly. We had almost given up hope and then found this wonderful clinic with its extremely dedicated, warm, friendly and attentive staff. We couldn't be happier. Dr. Gavilan, as well as Nina Torriani & Miriam Vendenhirtz always made us feel good and were there for us even in the darkest hours. The personal atmosphere in this clinic is remarkable and a big aspect of why we chose this clinic. The entire team at this clinic is simply wonderful and does a great job. The journey to Palma was totally worth it for us.

Dr Sunol is an exceptional, highly competent, kind, and empathetic doctor. He is always calm and takes all the time necessary to discuss everything we are doing and the reasoning behind it. He is humble and is open to discussion, with his only goal being to give the best treatment possible. In my 10+ year journey seeing doctors in NY, London, and Paris for endometriosis, and doing previous IVF cycles in London and Paris, I can confirm my experience with Dr Sunol has been the best medical care I have ever received. I cannot begin to explain how grateful I am to have finally found him. I am not even pregnant yet, as my first transfer with this clinic is in 2 weeks. However the results from our ICSI cycle were amazing, far beyond our expectations, and the standard of care from Dr Sunol has blown me away. For the first time in my fertility journey, I am confident that I will finally have the outcome we are hoping for. But I couldn't even wait until the positive pregnancy test to write this review, because I am so thrilled with Dr Sunol's approach and dedication, which has been a healing experience for me. If you are doing your research and choosing between countries or clinics, I cannot stress enough that you should look to work with Dr Sunol if you are able to. I would also like to mention Régis from the onboarding team, who was my first point of contact and who spent hours on the phone with me guiding me to find the best Dr for our case, and suggesting Dr Sunol. Regis sent me so much helpful information about the IVF process in general, that I found very useful despite having done two previous rounds. It was thanks to Regis that I chose to go with this clinic and Dr Sunol, and I am so grateful. Lastly, the clinic itself is so clean and luxurious. I had to take photos of my individual room after egg retrieval, because it was just so nice! I felt like I was at a luxury hotel, which made the process feel a bit more comfortable :) I am counting down the days until I get to go back for my transfer in 2 weeks. Edit : I am now 36 weeks pregnant and can’t wait to meet my baby any day now. The pregnancy has been perfect, baby is super healthy, and I am so grateful to Dr Sunol and the clinic. I’m already excited for my transfer for baby number 2 :)
