Amazing clinic, exceptional service from start to finish. The whole process was really easy the team were quick, easy deal with, efficient and the service is brilliantly effective. I am so grateful to the whole team at IB – my fertility coordinator Carina and Biljana and doctor – Dr Moliner for giving me my beautiful daughter.

Our journey to parenthood was long and heartbreaking. My husband and I spent years trying for a baby here in the USA, going through three exhausting rounds of IVF with no success. The experience left us feeling like just another number, with little encouragement or hope from the doctors. Discouraged but not ready to give up, I did more research and found Instituto Bernabeu in Alicante. It turned out to be the best decision we ever made.

Thanks to the incredible team at Instituto Bernabeu, I am now holding my beautiful, healthy baby girl in my arms. From the very beginning, Dr. Castillo’s expertise and kindness gave us the reassurance we desperately needed. Our patient coordinator, Esther, was always there for us—supportive, compassionate, and incredibly helpful. Every single member of the staff was outstanding, making us feel cared for and valued every step of the way.

I only wish we had come here sooner instead of wasting so much time, energy, and hope in the USA. Instituto Bernabeu gave us not just medical treatment, but genuine care, understanding, and ultimately, our miracle. We will forever be grateful to this wonderful team for making our dream of becoming parents come true. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

The clinic is professionally a disaster, they simply treat you like a number, they only produced two embryos and they were unable to freeze any of them, but what is more scandalous is that they carried out the TSH test, as I have no thyroid, only at my request before carrying out the treatment and they gave me the results only after my return to Italy by doing the transfer anyway… they informed me that my TSH was at 11 so it was impossible to have the implant and a positive test, it was all their fault it was enough to look at the results before carrying out the procedure treatment and if necessary postpone it, the tests were carried out two days before so they had plenty of time to get the results but they said they weren’t ready yet. They just wanted to have the whole treatment done again.
We were followed by Doctor Cirillo who then simply told us to do the treatment again at the same cost and who afterwards, despite having asked to speak to him, never called us back. Don’t trust me, they are really very superficial.

On Monday we were with Dr. Belen Moliner. I have no words of gratitude to describe the endometriosis consultation. The professional and human quality is spectacular. The delicacy with which he treats you and the empathy he shows with your problem and with you as a patient is incredible. When there is a chronic illness, feeling listened to and helped is sometimes complicated and in this case I left the center with the feeling of being in the best hands and on the right path to improve my quality of life as much as possible. Really thanks to the doctor again, to the reception team and to Monica the nurse who was also super friendly at all times.

The team at IB Alicante were amazing. Always friendly helpful and making sure we were fully informed at all stages of process. Communication between ourselves and clinic via our PA Carina was great throughout, Carina made sure we understood everything and was always quick to respond with questions we would have. The clinic itself is in an excellent location with hotels nearby and easy transfer from airport. This journey as anyone knows on it, can be stressful and upsetting however the clinic and staff certainly make it easier, it is a wonderful place. Dr Alcaraz was our Dr throughout and always gave us confidence we would get what we wanted, which we did.

Hello!! We are a couple from Almería with beautiful twins thanks to the Bernabéu Institute!!! They are now 22 months old and I also wanted to leave this review here to congratulate them and to help other people who find themselves in the “sea of ​​anguish” that we experienced before arriving at this clinic. I had 3 losses before arriving there, a clinic that was recommended to me by a colleague who was also a patient of hers, and from the first visit, my partner and I left with the security that they gave us there of being able to get it. And so it was!!! They provided us with appointments, impeccable professionalism, the latest technology, and of course the treatment could not be better. Thanks to Doctor Begoña Alcaraz and Doctor Bernabéu we have our twins. Eternally grateful!

After many years of trying for a baby and many failed attempts, I am so very happy that I dared to follow recommendations and seek treatment at IB. I now have two beautiful children thanks to you. On the way there I have found all contact with the clinic both efficient, trustworthy and friendly. I haven’t encountered the concept of patient coordinator anywhere else, but find it works very well to make the contact with the clinic both efficient and personal. I’ve seen less of the doctors than in other clinics I’ve been, but they have always given me the information and support I have needed. I also very much appreciated being given the opportunity to talk with the donor psychologist – a talk that settled my mind about much of the process and made it easier to proceed.
I keep recommending IB to anyone I meet in work or personal life who seek treatments you provide and feel very confident I’m providing good advice. I am truly grateful for all help you’ve given me towards achieving my biggest, most important dreams.
