I’ve called multiple times, requested a consultation multiple times online and have yet to hear anything back. Was referred by a good friend that had nothing but great things to say but it’s extremely disappointing that I have yet to hear anything back. Going to look elsewhere.

All the doctors at IRH are wonderful. We appreciate everything they have done for us.

The nurses and staff are some of the rudest people I have ever met. Hanging up on you, constant attitude, do not answer the phone, and blurt out private information for everyone to hear. The staff/nurses are all very young and inexperienced. Some of the doctors are good though.

The staff was always incredibly nice to all the clinics we went to. We saw a couple of different providers and each was so knowledgeable, kind, encouraging, and friendly but professional. We were between Louisville and Florence and loved both but for some reason had such a good vibe at the Florence location so we made most of our appointments there. We went to Cincinnati for our IUI appointments and everyone was always nice so the over all experience was wonderful. All locations were so clean and inviting. I honestly couldn’t have imagined a better place for us to make our miracle. We have encouraged any of our friends and associates to definitely reach out to IRH for all fertility needs!!

After trying for a year and a half, I was referred to IRH in January of 2022. Our consultation was with Dr. Scheiber who was very attentive to our concerns and feelings. He was very thorough in answering any and all questions as well as in explaining and educating us on the course of treatment. He suggested 4-5 rounds of IUI and if that didn’t work, we would look at IVF. The nursing and front desk staff at Florence were also great to work with. They provided great information, education and resources and were very timely in getting me into a room and/or drawing my labs at every visit. Due to the infertility being with myself and my husband, we went to both the Florence and Rookwood locations. I can’t say enough great things about the Rookwood staff. They were so kind, understanding and personable. Our first IUI took place in March at Rookwood with Dr. Scheiber who was so kind during the entirety of the procedure. Following the IUI, I had taken a home pregnancy test 11 days post IUI and had a pretty strong positive. I kept testing until I was 14 days post IUI and had a blood test in Florence which ended up confirming my pregnancy. Everyone at the practice seemed genuinely super happy for us which made the experience that much better. Prior to my very last appointment at IRH in Rookwood, I had fallen and scraped my knee up pretty bad. The receptionist at Rookwood noticed and came out from behind her desk to where I was waiting and gave me a bandage and some things to get it cleaned up. Totally not something she had to do, but did it anyway which was the kindest thing ever. As I was leaving that appointment, which was when I “graduated”, the doctor gave us pictures of my sweet baby, congratulated us and sent us on our way. The entire staff asked to see the pictures as we left and congratulated us as well and gave us so many well wishes. I am so grateful to IRH and the entire staff. They helped us start our family and were so kind and understanding throughout the entire process. We now have a happy, healthy 2 month old baby boy, Maverick. Thank you so much, IRH!

IRH has been amazing from day 1. I’ve had experiences with each provider as well as more than 1 location, and everyone is truly caring, skilled, and wonderful! I highly recommend IRH to anyone who needs extra help growing their family!

Compassionate, patient, competent…. I just cannot say enough good things about the doctors, nurses and staff I’ve worked with through our infertility journey. If you’re working with IRH, you’re likely already going through some rough and emotional times. They get it and you feel that. Not only that but they are on top of everything you need throughout the process. They have so much great documentation, they are quick to send in your orders and I never had to chase them down for follow-ups or next steps…they are on it! It’s been a long road, but it’s lead to positive outcomes and I’m really going to miss working with them as I transition back to my normal OB/GYN.
