I waited a while to write this but I was sitting here looking at my baby sleep on the morning of her first birthday. We almost didn’t get to meet. On the way to my appointment I was rear-ended by an SUV. It totaled my car. We were fine physically but panicked because there was no way to get back to the house in central KY, get the other car and get back to Cincinnati in time for the appointment. All that work and it was going to be another failed cycle for reasons completely out of my hands. I called the office and told them what happened. They told me to still come in and they would find a way to get me in. We had planned this big stress free day and it became the most stressful try yet. But because they were understanding and waited for me, I get to take my girl out for her first birthday. I will be forever grateful. To anyone thinking of trying, it’s a marathon not a sprint. A really really hard one but it’s worth it and I wish you the best.

Long Overdue Review – Terrible Fertility Experience I usually don’t write reviews, but this one has been a long time coming. I used this fertility practice back in 2021, and the experience was absolutely terrible—especially for a place where you’re supposed to feel supported, cared for, and understood during such a vulnerable time. The entire process felt like a money grab. You pay thousands of dollars, yet you only see the doctor for a few minutes at a time. My questions and concerns were brushed off. I went through an egg retrieval and ended up with only one embryo. I did a transfer that sadly failed, and the way they handled it was cold and unempathetic. The follow-up appointment was one of the worst parts. I was made to feel like my financial situation was a burden to them. Their suggestions felt ignorant and insulting, like they expected me to just go along with anything without proper explanations or support. What makes this even worse is that they never checked me for endometriosis, which is one of the leading causes of infertility and often goes undetected without proper testing. It turns out that was exactly what I had. I ended up going back to my home country, Ecuador, where an amazing doctor finally diagnosed and treated me properly. He did everything this U.S. clinic should have done from the beginning. A month after my surgery, I became pregnant naturally with my miracle baby. I’m forever grateful to that doctor and to God—but I also carry so much regret for wasting time and money with this clinic. The nurses at this practice were disorganized and careless. They once told me I was pregnant when I wasn’t. They also asked what I wanted to do with my embryos when I had already lost the only one I had. The lack of compassion was unbelievable. If you’re seeking fertility care in the Cincinnati area, I highly recommend Dr. Neo Chin in West Chester. I’m now seeing him as I continue trying for my second baby. He is thorough, kind, and actually takes the time to diagnose the root of the issue. Please do your research. Don’t just fall for the first clinic that offers IVF. If they aren’t checking you for conditions like endometriosis or PCOS, they are not doing their job. And in my case, that lack of care could have cost me everything. Stay away from this practice. You deserve better.

"Frustrated by Rude Staff Despite Some Good Doctors"

The nurses and staff are some of the rudest people I have ever met. Hanging up on you, constant attitude, do not answer the phone, and blurt out private information for everyone to hear. The staff/nurses are all very young and inexperienced. Some of the doctors are good though.

I’ve called multiple times, requested a consultation multiple times online and have yet to hear anything back. Was referred by a good friend that had nothing but great things to say but it’s extremely disappointing that I have yet to hear anything back. Going to look elsewhere.
