What to watch out for at Institut Rhonalpin?

Some patients felt singled out during identity‑verification requests, reporting remarks that suggested bias based on name or nationality. While the clinic cites legal requirements, the handling of these checks has caused distress for a few individuals.

  • warning Inconsistent Communication

A few users experienced delayed callbacks, unclear instructions, or overly complex prescription paperwork, leading to frustration and additional stress during treatment cycles.

  • warning Isolated Doctor Concern

One patient specifically mentioned Dr. Sergeant’s communication style as unprofessional, describing a negative interaction that stood out among generally positive physician feedback.

  • warning Documentation Overload

Repeated requests for identity documents at multiple stages—registration, puncture, transfer—were viewed as excessive by some, though others found the redundancy reassuring for safety.

RUN AWAY!!!! They're only interested in money. We're dealing with Ms. Rochigneu. We went through an IVF process that she considered simple and that should have been completed in 6 months. Three years later, we have no results. A significant waste of time and money. Ms. Rochigneu took two years to spot an ismocele, even though she knew perfectly well that I had my first child by cesarean section. She should have been more vigilant about this, but instead, she made me lose two years. It's appalling coming from someone with experience. Especially since we lost five embryos during that time. They are incompetent.

My experience at this center was extremely disappointing. After several years of IVF and numerous embryo transfers, no in-depth investigation was offered, despite repeated failures. They want quantity, not quality. What matters to them with each IVF cycle is making money, not the professionalism of helping a couple solve their problem. You are just a number, nothing more. Don't go there under any circumstances. It's a disaster, and they have no regard for patients. For them, everything is left to chance. Thank you. Goodbye.

Extremely disappointed with this clinic. We were followed there from May 2023 to September 2025. The first three embryos were "lost" due to an isthmocele, which they corrected far too late instead of taking the time to perform checks on a cycle from the start. It's a shame to have waited through three failed embryos, especially given the history of emergency C-sections. Then came a double transfer with developmental arrest at 6 weeks (likely chromosomally non-viable embryos). Finally, a last double transfer also failed. At no point was I offered sperm DNA fragmentation testing; I had to request it in September 2025 after doing my own research online! Especially since they found nothing abnormal about having testicles at 36.8°C instead of the normal 33°C! No, really, I'm very disappointed with this center. They seem more focused on making a profit through ICSI IVF than on finding the best possible solutions. We wasted three years because DNA fragmentation testing could have been done from the start, especially given the abnormal testicular temperature! At NATECIA, they prescribed DNA fragmentation testing right away... As long as you're eligible for ICSI IVF, they don't look any further. We do not recommend them.
