Bad experience at Croix du Sud Clinic, good experience at St Roch Clinic, daughter born after 1 cycle of gentle stimulation at St Roch Clinic.

I was followed at the Croix du Sud clinic for an IOP, after 2 IVF attempts the doctor who followed me told me that she no longer wanted to continue the treatments, she was moving towards egg donation without any other alternative while I asked for another treatment (gentle stimulation). I turned to the St Roch clinic in Montpellier which immediately accepted the gentle stimulation and it worked on the first try, my daughter is 3 months old and is in perfect health. I'm glad I didn't stop at this clinic and ask for a second opinion... otherwise I would have waited 2 years for an egg donation. Besides that, some members of the staff are friendly and the overall care is well organized.

The clinic has poor treatment and communication. Instructions are conflicting and patients are made to feel guilty. The staff is unconsiderate and patient is just a number.

Catastrophic follow-up, instructions given by the doctor and nurse everything and its opposite... make the woman feel guilty and no consideration you are just a number who gives money I am disgusted the negative opinions do not surprise me

We carried out our first PMA in IIU in September 2024, and it worked the first time. The medical team is top notch. I recommend

Whether it is gynecological follow-up and finally the support of biologists: 0! Optimistic in nature and despite mediocre success figures within the said service, we had the happy surprise to discover that their embryo culture success rate is just as low. Waste of time and exorbitant prices await you if you decide to do a PMA at the Croix du Sud. Run away!
