My journey with Incinta Fertility began in 2024 when my husband and I made the big decision to seek Dr. Lin’s expertise and undergo IVF. We hoped to build a family with their support. After one round of IVF, we were fortunate to have some normal embryos, and by the end of the year, I underwent the transfer cycle. Two weeks ago, we heard our baby’s heartbeat for the first time - an indescribable moment of joy, at my age 37! Though we drive an hour to get here, every step and every minute has been worth it. My medical experience has been incredibly smooth – I didn’t experience the pain or nausea I had read about, and the injections weren’t as bad as I had expected. Emotionally, however, it wasn’t easy, but the support I received made all the difference. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Lin and his team, Lily, and my coordinator Tracy, for their unwavering support throughout this journey. We have been trying to get pregnant for more than 10 years. We even had 5 IUI with two miscarriages and one D&C before we decided to proceed with IVF. And when we decided, we have interviewed 3 IVF clinics since 2018. And in 2021 when we moved to Torrance, my husband and I were searching for the best IVF clinic that is close to our home. We interviewed one and was not comfortable with it then we found Incinta Fertility Clinic and we were beyond blessed. The moment we had our first consultation with Dr. Lin, we knew he is the one. My husband and I felt really comfortable and confident with him. He explained every details of IVF and the chance we have considering my age. He's very experienced and his expertise is top notch. I love how thorough and very careful he is with every process and procedure. Another thing that I would like to highlight is my care team. Lily and Donna were amazing. There were times that Lily had to do my ultrasounds due to I was only available early morning most of the time. She's very gentle and really handled me with care. And Donna who is my nurse coordinator is such an incredible person. She really made sure that I was taking care of and made us feel that we're in good hands. She has done things with extra miles. She responds quickly to all my questions and would even answered my emails even after working hours. She's very knowledgeable and she really cares for her patients. To all the staff of Incinta, from the front office to Finance Dept, to Patient Relations to Medical Team, we are beyond grateful. This is not an easy journey for us but we are forever thankful for showing us all the support that we need and for showing the care that every patient deserves to have.

Best place ever , I struggled with infertility for over 13 years. They took time to ensure the best plan possible. I’m currently 8 weeks pregnant with my first baby and I’m super excited. This place has taken great care of me during this process and has worked with me very patiently. I never thought this would be possible , me and my husband are very happy and I can’t thank them enough.

Early this year (2024), my husband and I decided to find a new fertility clinic to do a Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET). We had done the IVF process already at another facility in Redondo Beach before taking a break from the entire process due to several failed FETs. I made an appointment for a consultation with Dr. Park at Incinta Fertility Center to understand her approach and to explain my previous medical history and fertility journey. My husband and I talked to Dr. Park for about an hour. She answered all our questions and she was very good at explaining her approach, FET protocol, and the reason for taking each medication. Dr. Park gave my husband and I an excellent first impression. That day, I met with a financial advisor and a IVF Clinical Coordinator as well. Diane, IVF Clinical Coordinator, has been assigned to us and she has been very supportive. She has provided important information at every stage of the process, and answers all my questions in a timely manner. In November 2024, we completed the FET, and two weeks after the procedure I was told that I was pregnant! After the 6-week ultrasound, we confirmed that I am pregnant with fraternal twins!! My husband and I are very happy with the news. Overall, my experience with Incinta Fertility Center has been positive despite some communications issues. Dr. Park and Diane have been great, other employees have been very friendly, and most importantly, I am pregnant with twins!
