Dr. Juan Luis Giraldo and his staff were wonderful to work with during the emotional roller coaster ride of the IVF process. Both my husband and I cried tears of joy with the staff during our successful embryo transfer (with donor egg). We are currently due to have our baby Feb 1st, 2025 and couldn’t be more happy and grateful to Inser and how they understood that time is of the essence when it comes to building a family at 44!

We did not have any success here with two separarte IVF treatments. 16 and 14 healthy eggs were extracted with only 1 surviving for each treatment. This seemed strange . We fell pregnant soon after without IVF with twins .

After failed multiple fertility treatments here in the US, my husband and I were recommended Dr. Juan Luis Giraldo at Inser in Medellín. We could not be happier with Dr. Giraldo and his entire staff. Every person we encountered, treated us with the outmost kindness and respect. I recommend Inser to every couple trying to conceive. This clinic has dedicated staff to international patients like us. Also, Dr. Giraldo is a Yale alumnus who speaks perfect English. We felt so much love and genuine desire to make our dream to become parents a reality. Inser has a special place in our hearts ❤️

The first round the embryo did not stick.
2nd round it stuck but unfortunately ended up being ectopic.
Now I’m excited to do a 3rd trial! May God mercies preserve me. I usually travel from USA to Inser clinic.
Their prices are lovely and every staff treats you with respect. I recommend this Clinic to all couples struggling with having babies!

It is an institution where the most important thing is your credit card, they are only interested in your money because when you go and have the consultation you do the entire process and some doctors forget that they are human beings they are dealing with, they do not follow up. In other words, they comply with their economic activity, which is to deposit the embryo when they have it and it is ready, but that is not what it is about. I invite you to constantly monitor how the embryo is evolving when you do this and, as a company, to make a constant evaluation. and monitoring of all its staff, it is essential that the partners of this company know how the staff treats customers because if they continue like this little by little their reputation is going to go down the drain.
