If you need reproductive services, Dr. Norian is who you want!! As an LGBTQ couple needing surrogacy to have a family and being unhappy with our two previous fertility clinics, we are so thankful we found Dr. Norian and his team! We now have an amazing 3 month old baby thanks to Dr. Norian and are starting our second journey! Dr. Norian and his staff are very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and easy to get in touch with. I especially appreciate how well the staff communicates with us and within their company. It’s so refreshing to have everyone you speak to be on the same page about every aspect of your journey. I cannot recommend Dr. Norian enough!

The staff is wonderful. I would like to shout out the whole team. We are truly thankful for Dr. Norian’s Kindness, care and compassion. Suzie went above and beyond and was wonderful to work with. Irene patience during ultrasound was greatly appreciated. Front desk staff is amazing, Jasmine and Selena are very attentive and Selena was very smooth with phlebotomy. Diana in billing worked with insurance to get us covered. We will keep you updated with our journey. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts ❤️

There are no words that can express how thankful we are to Dr. Norian and his team. He was professional, kind and informative and very sweet since the first day we met him. We are welcoming are healthy baby boy this year we are so grateful and excited. We will be coming back for baby number 2 or 3 lol in the next coming year and we wouldn’t have it with anyone else! We appreciate you so much Dr Norian and team! You’re all wonderful!

Michelle is fantastic she’s been there forever and is so kind and answers your questions. She’s there all hours of the day. She deserves a RAISE. She is so amazing and I’m so happy that she’s my nurse. I’m coming back for a third time because I’ve had such a positive experience because of her and Dr. norian. I never feel rushed she always takes her time to answer my questions and make sure I understand the medications I love her so much. Michelle needs a raise !

Been waiting for a long time to write this. I’m actually writing this review from the hospital after delivering our baby. Dr. Norian (and HRC) helped us after years of unexplained fertility and loss. We will forever be grateful to him and the team for the birth of our child.

If you have insurance that is covered by them DO NOT GO HERE!

Before we made an appointment here, my Husband called our insurance to see if HRC is covered. Since it is covered we had to get a referral from our primary doctor, so we did. For the first consultation without insurance they stated it would be $300 but with insurance it was $75. Since it was covered by our insurance we payed the $75 two months before our appointment. We went to our first consultation and the Dr said to get lab work done. A week after our visit, we had our labs done at their facility. Later that day we get an email from the financial counselor Dianna giving us a statement of our bills. No staff contacted or stated before our lab work was done we would be charged. Diana then stated our insurance isn’t covered and my Husband calls our insurance again and they stated lab work is covered. He then proceed to email Dianna it is covered. Dianna then stated they never recieved our referral??? My Husband then contacts our primary doctor and sends the referral again. Then Dianna stated HRC isn’t not covered by insurance again. Why ask for another referral again?

They scam people that have covered insurance. We will be filing a complaint against them to the federal government. If anyone else has issues like this look up
