Disappointing IVF clinic experience due to lack of individual approach, long waiting times, and poor communication. Overpriced services and multiple failed attempts. Not recommended for those seeking successful treatment.

Disappointment and a complete waste of time! This clinic seems more like a store than a reproductive health center that truly helps couples become parents. Doctors are not at all interested in a positive result - everything goes strictly according to the scheme, without an individual approach. When the prescribed procedure doesn't work, no one makes an effort to understand the reasons or offer alternative solutions. After a failed attempt, be it the first or the fifth, no one will contact you to discuss the situation or plan further steps. The prices are a separate chapter. Expect that the originally stated sum will end up being three times as high. At the same time, the service leaves a lot to be desired: always long waiting times, constantly changing doctors, quick and superficial appointments. This is not about the patients and their chances of success, but only about the number of paying customers. I am deeply disappointed. I regret the wasted time, false hopes and money lost. If you are looking for a clinic that will really help you, you better look for another one!

Many thanks to the entire team both in Großhadern and in the city center and especially to Dr. Rogenhofer and Dr. Bralo (unfortunately I don't know the names of the other three doctors and the nurses)! After my husband's cancer, we had to rely on ICSI to fulfill our desire to have children. From the initial consultation, through the checks and the puncture, to the transfer and the blood test - every appointment was very professional and good. Of course I'm aware that all the parameters were right for me (I'm 34, very sporty, eat very healthily, hardly drink alcohol, am slim, etc.) and there was also a bit of luck involved BUT I'm now after the first one Trying 13 weeks pregnant!!! I felt completely at home and can highly recommend both centers (I had around 70% of the appointments in Großhadern and 30% of them in the city center). You will probably be carried around a little less in your hands compared to private clinics, but for me personally the experience and expertise of the LMU Clinic is also more important. The appointments with the other departments (e.g. anesthesia information discussion, cryopreservation) were coordinated very well. Apart from the fact that the medication was closely monitored and tailored to me very precisely, I found it particularly great that a young doctor came to the completely empty clinic on a Saturday just for me and another patient to carry out the transfer, just because this was the best day for it! 🙏🏼 Ps. The waiting times on site are a bit annoying, but unfortunately that's the case almost everywhere these days (dentists, banks, offices...).

I was treated here for social freezing. Coming from the medical field myself, I would like to give more stars, also to improve the overall rating here, which I don't find to be accurate. Because on a professional level, first-class medical treatment is offered here. The treatment methods are based on the latest research, the costs are taken into account, no unnecessary procedures are carried out, the medication and checks are still carried out closely and are individually adapted to achieve the best result. The doctors and the entire team are friendly, patient and very competent. The waiting times are long, but in my opinion absolutely worth it - a stroke of luck for me to be able to be treated here!

I was looked after very well here and was always friendly. This is particularly valuable on such a sensitive topic. Thanks for that!
