I’ve been going to the Holistic Institute for about five years now, and I’m pretty sure I’ve seen every practitioner at the clinic, and every single one of them is amazing! The clinic is warm, welcoming, and calming, and I love that all of the therapists are female - as a woman, that adds an extra level of comfort. Kayla, the clinic manager, always makes me smile, even on my grumpiest days; everyone who works there has a way of instantly putting you at ease. Each practitioner brings something unique to their treatments (including reiki), which makes every visit feel personalized. I highly recommend the Holistic Institute for chiropractic care, acupuncture, massage, pelvic floor physiotherapy, yoga, osteopathy, and naturopathy. They even offer counselling. They also treat everyone - women, men, and children; not just fertility or pregnancy/postpartum clients. I only wish I had found them sooner!

Where do I start! This clinic is not only full of all my favourite practitioners but people as well. I’ve been seeing Dr. Teighen McLeod since 2016 & have never had a better chiropractor - she takes a paced approach to adjustments & doesn’t suggest you come back on a schedule basis but rather as I need based on what my body is going through in the moment. I’ve seen Maya and Christa for acupuncture and really enjoy both of their approaches and practices, the atmosphere and peace during their sessions is appreciated. Recently I started seeing Dr Anna for Osteopathy & let me just say - go & see her!!!!! She has given me a hope for long term relief that I haven’t felt in a long time - like she’s the final piece of a puzzle I’ve been looking for in my healthcare journey to solve chronic back, neck and migraine pain. Kayla is a fantastic clinic manager and all the front office staff over the years have been friendly, kind & accommodating. I’m also a Birth & Postpartum Doula who actively recommends Holistic Institute, particularly these practitioners, to my clients as a healthy supportive resource in the prenatal and postpartum journeys. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

10/10 recommend HIHF south location for prenatal massages, specifically Sydney Hagen. She is just the kindest soul and really listens to you as you progress through pregnancy and advocates for your needs through the journey!

I am in AWE right now!! First time visiting the clinic and just absolutely amazing. From the front to the back, the ladies are so kind and welcoming. My husband and I have been trying for 4 months and have had 2 miscarriages. Unfortunately I have struggled in the past with the level of knowledge and understanding and even compassion from heath care providers. However, Dr. Christa is just absolutely amazing and so kind, I felt so comfortable with her and most importantly I felt heard, she is also so knowledgeable🥹🤍 I can’t wait to continue my fertility journey with Dr. Christa. 10000/10 would highly recommend
