I have been a patient of Gyncentrum for a long time.
Earlier, my fight started with doctors from NFD. It ended in failure because they had to wait forever for the appointment and they kept postponing it. After long considerations, we started treatment privately. Directed towards specific research. I spent quite a large amount of money and it was always I don’t know when asked the question.
Finally, we got to the Gyncentrum.
Of course, at first there was fear, but over time. I started to learn about the conditions under which this clinic works.

Everything at hand. You can do the necessary tests. You don’t have to drive and look for it. The prices are not more expensive at all. There is almost no difference.
You must take into account that the price varies depending on the region or city. But these are minor differences. Often, tests in my place of residence are more expensive than there.

The staff is also very nice. They will answer any questions you have.
The doctors were also very helpful. If you’re going there, you need to know what you’re getting into. Being informed helps the doctor pinpoint the problem.
The time of fighting taught me one thing. Although it’s not over yet.
The doctor has his own practice. But the patient also needs to know something when going to any specialists. This is an important point in the fight.
Everyone has their flaws, because there are as many different opinions as there are people.
I highly recommend it because it is the only clinic that is specific in what it does.

I recommend the GYNCENTRUM Katowice clinic, especially Dr. Anna Bednarska-Czerwińska. Always smiling, she explained everything and advised if there were any doubts. After several years of unsuccessful treatment with other doctors, the doctor ordered specific tests, implemented appropriate treatment and now we are waiting for our little Miracle ❤️

We wholeheartedly recommend the Gyncentrum clinic in Katowice. We were treated by Dr. Czerwińska and Dr. Poláček. We would like to thank all employees for their commitment, professional medical care and kindness. Patient service at the highest level, we had no problems with calling. The reception ladies and midwives are always nice and helpful. Thanks to your help, we managed to get pregnant.

Thank you for your care and support in making my dreams of having children come true. I have been undergoing treatment at the clinic since July, and in January we found out that we were going to become parents. In total, we tried for 3 years, in the clinic for over half a year. We submitted an application for in vitro fertilization, but it turned out to be no longer valid. The doctors provided very specific information about the next stages of treatment. When the situation worsened, Doctor Majewska supported me by “throwing a lifeline” here, there was never a hopeless situation, at every moment the doctor proposed a possible rational solution to the problem, I never felt left alone. During the first visit, Dr. Jabłoński knew the history of my and my husband’s diseases described in the questionnaire. Contact with Dr. Jabłoński was possible almost every day if there were any problems. He called back and was interested in my health. We trusted this clinic and the doctors, we had great hopes that they would help us, and they did. I consider the “get pregnant” project a success and implemented thanks to the doctors and employees of the GYNCENTRUM clinic. However, we knew from the beginning that WE and my husband were the CEO of this project and we never transferred responsibility for failures to the doctors. Doctors always did their best to meet our needs. Infertility treatment is a lesson in humility, perseverance and maturity in life. If someone thinks that he will come for a few private visits, he will be treated like a king and the doctor, instead of treating or planning therapy, will wave his wand and the baby will be born, it is better to let him go. Infertility is a very frustrating issue accompanied by extremely extreme emotions, but you must remember that your family and the doctors from the CYNCENTRUM clinic are one team, together we are working towards one goal. I recommend the clinic wholeheartedly, the entire procedure was very quick. The doctors are very thorough at every visit, there is nothing to complain about. 1 transfer was successful and I am now pregnant, which I have been trying to conceive for almost 3 years ❤️

I went to Dr. Mercik and he was examined professionally by a wonderful doctor when I had been going to many gynecologists for 2 years and everyone was throwing up their hands and threatening me with cancer. He really knows his stuff and can help. I am satisfied and highly recommend it

One star for the ladies at the reception, apart from them there were few positive things that happened to us at the clinic.
It’s not that we spent a lot of money and we are at the same stage as before the procedure, but the clinic itself leaves a lot to be desired. Doctors have too many patients in my opinion. The visits are very short, and I often felt like a patient who had only been checked off the list, not to mention the day of my puncture. I felt simply uncared for. To my complaint, I only received a response in which I felt blamed for the situation that occurred in the clinic and the lack of any understanding. Unfortunately, we did not have a full in vitro procedure, I will not return to the clinic because I was disappointed many times, the money for the package paid in advance is lost, the clinic does not refund the costs that were not used for the package. The coordinator said that it was a small amount that was not used, I understand because we incurred the costs, not the coordinator. The clinic claims that such a situation could not have occurred, but unfortunately it did. To me that’s disrespectful. Of course, I can continue treatment at the clinic and use the package until the end. Thank you very much, I am glad that I will support the clinic with this modest donation.
The clinic only confirmed the negative opinions that were already there about them.

I can recommend the Gyncentrum Clinic with a clear conscience, we started treatment in May, and I am already pregnant, we underwent the in vitro procedure (under the government program), which was successful the first time. The doctors we were treated by were Dr. Bednarska-Czerwińska and Dr. Poláček, always smiling, patiently answering all our questions, we felt taken care of from the very beginning. The midwives were very helpful, if they couldn’t answer the call they always called back, and the ladies at the reception were also very nice. As for the hotline, I never had to wait longer than a few minutes for a call, and there were no problems with issuing prescriptions or sick leave. This was our first infertility treatment clinic and we are really very pleased with the treatment and grateful that our dream of having a child has come true.
