I was super happy following the transfer received on Monday 02/13/2023
I felt everything afterwards (my implantation around 6:20 p.m. then implantation on Thursday morning) and my cavity continued to work… 5 days after my transfer I wanted to know if my feelings were real, which is why on Saturday February 18 I so do my Beta at 10 a.m., my result arrives in the afternoon I’m trembling I have tears in my eyes with 39ui
which corresponds to my implantation on Thursday morning (02/16) then 48 hours after Monday 02/20 (so yesterday) I took the blood test again at 10 a.m. and there I discovered 161ui 😍 I express my joy 🤩 I finally have my little 🐣in me, he has indeed built his nest which he will finish tomorrow on Wednesday 02/24 at DPO14

Dr. Laura Gomila has taken us through the process and everything has been very simple. Laura is a very close and empathetic professional. She has been very loving throughout the entire process, explaining all the steps very clearly, which is appreciated, since understanding these processes is essential for the patients’ peace of mind. Very attentive every time we had a question and later worried and interested in the progress of the pregnancy.
Wishing everything goes well so we can see her again and introduce her to our baby 🥰

I am only giving 3 star because of a bad experience due to a member of staff leading up to the procedure. However the day of the procedure and doctor was lovely on the actual day. I froze my eggs here and I was shocked at lack of empathy and rudeness of the international liaison Maria P who to be honest, made the experience leading up to the procedure unpleasant. Gravida needs to monitor the way their liaison communicates with clients because she was incredible unprofessional, confrontational and for someone who is aware of the struggles of women going through this process lacked empathy and the nurture required when women who are going through this stressful process require. I was given little to no information about how to implement medication and found myself having to watch other clinics videos on a regular basis to help.
I don’t know if it was a language barrier (I speak Spanish also but they gave me an english speaker since I lacked the medical terminology in Spanish) but she held no accountability for her rude responses and lack of attention. Particularly on the day when I addressed her lack of professionalism with herZ As anyone knows going into this, process monitoring hormone levels every 2 days including blood tests is imperative in the lead up to extraction. My final days were over a weekend to which I had to skip many injections because she was unresponsive. It’s a shame because the clinic and the doctors were really lovely. A bit of empathy and kindness from Maria would have been too much to ask it seems.

A very unprofessional experience overall for me and my husband and I would give 0 ⭐️ if I could.

In a nutshell, I would not recommend this clinic for anyone who truly wants to be treated with respect, caring and professionalism.

I highly recommend CRA Barcelona instead.

TO THE CLINIC’s COMMENT:

– Please explain then if professionalism is when the staff of the clinic inform us in the middle of the treatment that Doctor Gris doesn’t feel comfortable with us asking for information about treatment and wants to drop us and stop the treatment overnight?

– Or when Carmen Marquez, the director of the clinic commits to find a solution and get back to us directly because she realized the clinic did something wrong but all of a sudden she sends an intern staff to inform us that no solution will be provided at all?

– Or perhaps when the responsible of international, Maria Peciña, assures me English assistance will be provided cause my husband is not Spanish speaker at all times but she ends up not showing up in some consultations to provide such assistance because she left work and did not even bother putting someone else to support?

– Also, how professional is for clinic and Doctor Gris to forget contacting me to let me know I have to start with the injections for egg collection after preparing for this treatment for more than 6 months and coming all the way from another continent?

These are only few things of MANY…
I am not sure what “professionalism” means to you but every mistake Gravida made was very intentional and I am happy to share with users our correspondence so they can verify how professional Gravida claims to be. Hopefully this helps other parents to be learn more about what they can expect from Gravida.

A very bad experience!! they failed me during the implantation of my embryo and couldn’t explain the reason of the failure. The embryo passed through all the necessary screenings and i was assured that everything was ok. To my greatest surprise, it did not implant. The worst of all was that, they became very hostile to me after, just to cover up thier mistake. They are more interested in thier money more than ones emotion.

We are very happy to have done the IVF treatment at Gravida. We had been trying for 2 years at another center and the difference when starting at Gravida has been abysmal. We have seen that they studied our case in detail from the first moment and they have advised us brilliantly with each step to be taken and have made sure that everything was in the best possible condition before each step.
We especially want to thank Dr Galido for the direct contact with her and Dr Rojas who assisted us on specific occasions and made us feel equally well cared for.
Now we are in the process of fulfilling the dream we have been waiting for so long. THANK YOU!

Dr. Anna Galindo, humble, simple, sincere, is a Little Angel on earth, thanks to her I will be a mother😆 also without any discomfort naturally, not even in my dreams would I have thought that it would come out so easily thanks to her and thanks to the human team, Both in reception, nursing, laboratory, etc. I have felt cared for and pampered.
