No puedo tener más que palabras maravillosas y de agradecimiento hacia el personal de la clínica, tanto del equipo médico como de todo el departamento de coordinación. Salir de cada consulta, ha sido ese soplo de paz y de positividad que nos hacia retomar el impulso y volver a confiar en que la meta, estaba un pasito más cerca. After five years of unsuccessful IVF treatment in Australia, we were emotionally exhausted, grief stricken, financially drained and increasingly desperate to have a family. We started investigating overseas options that offered guarantees. Ginemed stood out in terms of the guarantees offered (subject to meeting criteria) and in terms of the online meeting with Dr Jimenez and the success rates.

Flying 26 hours to an unknown city for IVF after so much disappointment and loss was harrowing, but once there, the team and Dr Jimanez were amazing. Additional tests that were never offered in Australia and a higher dose protocol resulted in a positive pregnancy test and the birth of our much loved little boy, now 16-months-old. The international team were always prompt in responding to any queries, were quick to phone where the time difference allowed and spoke English as a first language.

A belated thank you to the team for making our dream of having a family come true.
