The IVF process at the clinic was successful, however, they raised the embryo maintenance cost without notice, causing frustration and likely affecting future plans.

The IVF process went well, but they told you that embryo maintenance costs €360, and the second year we renew it... Bam! They suddenly raise it to €480!!! And of course, what do you do? You don't have any other option. €120 more from one year to the next. We'll definitely see if we can take them to another clinic, and we won't get pregnant there for the second time.

Although our chances weren't very high for various reasons, the gynecologist who treated us did everything possible with various complementary treatments and consultations to maximize our chances of achieving our goal. Throughout the entire process, she advised us in the best, most professional, and caring way. The other doctors, when we had specific consultations with them (it's a long process), were equally professional and always aware of the specifics of our case. As for the nursing team, they showed tremendous empathy and explained even the smallest details to make this experience, which can be difficult, a little easier and more bearable. They accompanied me in a very professional and, above all, very humane manner, for which I will always be very grateful. Our doctor, Dr. Braña, was always attentive and supportive, always encouraging during the difficult times, always showing a lot of positivity, and making the process as smooth as possible, being very professional. On bad days, with her good humor and kindness, she always made me feel much better when I left the office.
