They are not familiar with the concept of customer orientation. I scheduled my first consultation two weeks in advance, waited for the doctor for half an hour, specifically set aside time for this, and she didn’t show up. The reception said she was running late… I couldn’t wait any longer and asked to reschedule, but now I have to wait another two weeks. Worst service ever.

Dr Cátia Rodrigues is wonderful! My husband is português and I am American, we have been TTC for years now and we’ve also sought out clinics in the United States. We were scammed thousands of dollars in America while seeking help for IVF. My husband reassured me we could go to a clinic in Portugal so he being a researcher, investigated all clinics all over Portugal because we are willing to do anything for this baby… he found that Malo clinic had the best lab results and we care more about lab results because that’s where our baby is going to be first handled! We have Dr Cátia Rodrigues and she is brilliant! We couldn’t be happier, she is very informative and straight to the point. I am very comfortable with her because she is not selling us our procedure, you can feel she really cares about our results ending in a baby. We’ve had a couple of hiccups but there are somethings in life we cannot control, such as infertility! We are having our FET in two days and regardless of the outcome, we are satisfied. We are comfortable knowing our baby’s first babysitter, the embryologist is taking great care in looking after her/him. Hopefully won’t have to return but if we are in the position to need more fertility treatment we will be with Dr Cátia. THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF! Very disappointed with my 1st appointment with Dr Catia Rodrigues on the 10th of September 2019. This doctor was very cold and had no simpath with me and my partner. I also work in health care and I always make sure that our patients are treated with simpath. I wondering if she see a phycologist to learn how to deal with people emotions instead of only think about how much the procedure will cost it. I just want to say that I left the clinic very sad and I had the worse day Dr Catia Rodrigues after we talked you. However I’m glad that God put in our lives another clinic that gave the best care we could ask for. Please next time think before you talk to your patients or not patients as this treatment is very sensitive. We need a good clinic to get help but also we need a good support too. I’m only writing on here because I know there are lots of couple that are looking for help and I dont want nobody to go trough with a bad experience like us!!!
