Clean, organized clinic and very professional staff at the first steps. Special thanks to the lady in hijab at the blood work area—she was kind, calm, and excellent. But after I completed all tests, there was no follow-up. I called many times and only reached voicemail, with no call back. Also, a couple of staff had an unacceptable attitude—patients are here for help and deserve respectful communication. Please improve follow-up/callbacks and keep the communication professional.
