I absolutely do not recommend Fivlaber. My experience is as the companion of a patient, and I'm referring to Dr. Irene Matarranz. This experience was far from positive. During the brief consultation, she left me with an impression of a lack of warmth and poor doctor-patient communication, which, in my opinion, could be greatly improved. I sensed little interest in answering my questions—as she was constantly on her phone—and an impatient attitude toward each question I asked, which made me feel very uncomfortable and like we needed to finish quickly. To my surprise, as I was leaving to schedule the next appointment at reception, the doctor approached me, visibly annoyed by personal calls she couldn't answer inside the clinic. She told the administrative staff that there was no cell service and she hadn't been able to answer them yet. This situation added even more haste and tension to the interaction, which directly affected how I experienced that moment, which I found neither appropriate nor professional. I also felt that the information about the medication wasn't explained clearly, which created uncertainty throughout the process. I understand that misunderstandings can happen, but I missed having more empathy and better communication to clarify doubts, without making the patient feel guilty or blaming them for a misunderstanding that occurred during treatment. At no point was what happened openly acknowledged. I know that everyone's experiences can be different; I'm glad that others have had good results, and I'm sure that there are competent professionals at the clinic. However, in my case, the overall experience is not recommendable, especially because of the treatment I received during the consultation. And since this is a public space to share real experiences and help other patients decide where to go for treatment, I'm describing exactly what I went through, without making anything up or having anything personal against anyone. Let everyone draw their own conclusions. Much encouragement and good luck to all the couples going through this difficult process. Thank you for your response. At no point have I commented on clinical decisions or treatments, nor have I made accusations of malpractice. My review is limited exclusively to describing my personal experience as a companion, focusing on the treatment I received, the communication during the consultation, and the overall care provided—aspects that are part of the experience for any patient or family member. I understand the importance of confidentiality and professional rigor, and for this reason, I have been careful not to mention any medical or personal information. This space is intended for sharing real experiences so that others can form their own opinions, and that is what I have done respectfully and honestly. Regarding the possibility of addressing this privately, I believe this public forum is the appropriate place to reflect on how I felt, especially since the response offered does not address the emotional impact of the treatment received, shows no empathy or apology for the experience, and focuses primarily on protecting the center's image. For this reason, among others, I do not consider further individual attention necessary. Sincerely.

Words cannot express our gratitude to the amazing team at this clinic. The administrative staff, assistants, and biologists are all excellent professionals. Whenever we've needed anything, they've helped us, and the treatment throughout the entire process has been magnificent and beyond compare. We arrived a little overwhelmed, unsure of what the procedure would be like, but Dr. Isabel Díaz-Plaza guided us, and her work has been incredible. Her availability to answer any questions was outstanding. She treated us with great warmth, empathy, and sensitivity. It's worth noting that this clinic uses the latest technology to ensure the highest possible success rate.

I've rewritten this review because it seems the professionals at FivLaber are very thin-skinned and don't accept the truth... I wish they had that same sensitivity with their patients... My experience has been awful, the worst doctor-patient experience we've ever had. My wife and I were referred by the public healthcare system, and that's probably the root of the problem... From the very first moment, we had the feeling they were only trying to squeeze as much money out of us with tests that, even though they knew we were fine, they ordered... and even made us feel guilty for not having them. They prescribed medication from a specific lab, even though it could have been prescribed by the public healthcare system... We didn't care about the money or the terrible treatment because our hope was much greater than all of that... but the last straw came when they made a mistake prescribing medication, an IVF cycle had to be canceled, and then they blamed us (again). That said, the experience wasn't terrible with the entire team, as there are good professionals and kind people, but it was with the person who handled our case. I encourage all couples trying to become parents; it's a difficult path in many cases, and the last thing you need is to encounter such unprofessional people.
