What to watch out for at Fertility Specialists Of Texas – Plano / Frisco?

Multiple patients experienced inaccurate invoices, duplicate copay charges, and prolonged refund processes. Claims of unresponsive finance staff and delayed reimbursements have led to financial uncertainty and the need for legal escalation.

  • warning Communication Gaps with Front Desk

Front‑desk and administrative personnel are frequently described as untrained, slow to respond, and inconsistent in providing timely updates. Patients report unanswered messages, missed calls, and difficulty obtaining test results or appointment confirmations.

  • warning Outdated Patient Portal

The patient portal functions but is considered clunky, non‑mobile‑friendly, and requires starting new message threads for each inquiry. This hampers efficient communication despite the clinic’s otherwise strong support.

  • warning Insurance and Scheduling Challenges

Patients cite repeated insurance verification failures, last‑minute schedule changes, and lack of clear guidance on required labs or procedures. These issues create stress, additional travel costs, and occasional treatment delays.

Bad patient service on everything I try to request the medical record online and they say it will take 24 hours to the processing. Nothing happened. I give a call. Someone say that there’s a lady responsible for that and he give her my phone number and I haven’t received no callback so it’s really bad patience service I wish whoever ever see this review just to teach the people who worked there how to take care of patients

Wish I can give them a 0 or minus. They only care about your money not you! My IUI was supposed to be performed by Jerald Goldstein, M.D. However, he never showed up at any point throughout the entire process. Even after I sent a formal complaint to the clinic, I have still not received any response or explanation from Dr. Goldstein to this day. The nurse Michelle Lee Adams is the one who performed the iui. AND SHE IS THE WORST! SHE didn't know what she was doing and let me wait for 7 hours for the preparation of the sample. AND all the clinic covering each other for there mal practice. I AM FILING a complaint to medical board. And all the other people who suffered from their mal practice should do the same. The whole clinic is very unprofessional as well as super unethical to blame their patient for a failed procedure, rather than take responsibility for errors made by the staff. I am reporting them to Texas medical board FYI.

We were told by a previous fertility specialist that it was impossible for us. My husband did not take no for an answer and began researching the best Fertility Doctors in Texas. That is when we found Dr. Chilvers at Fertility Specialists of Texas. From the very beginning she was hopeful and explained our options to us clearly. My case was challenging but Dr. Chilvers did not give up until she found the solution. I am now 9 weeks pregnant with our baby girl and we could not be happier. It is truly a miracle. Thank you Dr. Chilvers.
