What to watch out for at Fertility Solutions?

  • warning Inefficient Communication and Scheduling

Many reviews point out difficulties in getting timely responses for appointment scheduling and medical inquiries. This issue has often led to frustration among patients who have struggled to get in touch with the clinic, undermining the positive experiences they had with the medical staff.

  • warning Inconsistent Administrative Support

There are complaints about the clinic's administrative staff being less attentive and lacking the required compassion. Issues regarding billing and appointment confirmations have been noted, contributing to an overall unsatisfactory administrative experience.

  • warning Feeling of Being Just a Number

Some patients express feelings of being treated like just another case rather than a unique individual with specific needs. This sensation can undermine the otherwise warm approach of the doctors and create dissatisfaction.

  • warning High Patient Volume with Limited Individual Attention

As a popular fertility clinic, some reviews indicate that a higher patient volume can lead to less personalized care, where patients feel rushed through appointments and have to advocate strongly for their own needs.

  • warning Portal and Logistics Issues

The online patient portal has been criticized for being non-intuitive and not user-friendly. Several patients found it challenging to use, resulting in delayed access to important information and instructions regarding their treatment.

Don’t bother, this place is a joke. Good luck even getting someone on the phone who can schedule an appointment. Find somewhere else and save your sanity.

Mixed experience with IVF treatment at a clinic with a lengthy wait for test results and disorganization.

If you have questions, this is perhaps not the best place for you as they will quickly become impatient and make it clear to you. Billing/admin staff aren't friendly either. On the positive, we were blessed with a beautiful daughter.

"My Horrible Experience: Abandoned and Misinformed by the Clinic"

This clinic abandoned me and my husband. They misinformed us about treatment dates and my insurance status. When we expressed our anger and frustration at their miscommunication they stopped calling us back despite weeks of testing and a signed consent. Absolutely horrible and heartbreaking experience.

I feel like there are not enough drs. I tried two , the first one did 4 transfers they all failed and she didn't have me do anything different, then the other transfer with new dr swore the last will take, and it didn't. They had a nurse call me, haven't heard from the dr since. Do your research on drs and make sure you find one that wants to understand you and thoroughly try other ways if one fails. The nurses over at the blood draw station are the greatest, super nice.

The worst experience at a clinic. They Don’t have any clue what they’re doing. Shortstaffed. Every time I had to indicate I was there for an ultrasound that was never scheduled. So many red flags. They made me waste a whole year. And they’re being dismissive after pocketing the money. A business where you pay for no product.
