What to watch out for at Fertility Partnership St. Louis IVF?

A few patients noted long gaps after tests or procedures, with no proactive outreach from the clinic. Delayed responses to inquiries about test results or next steps have been highlighted as areas needing improvement.

  • warning Variable Insurance Handling

Insurance verification and claim resubmission have caused confusion for some patients, with occasional referrals to external billing agencies and unexpected collection notices despite ongoing coverage reviews.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Simckes and this practice in general. He really showed me so much love and compassion through this. He Really cares and wants you to conceive. I am from Georgia and it was worth the drive for me to be able to have the opportunity to do IVF through him. My coordinator Lindsay was also great. She dealt with all my questions and concerns very well. I had a TON of questions. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you all so much for helping my dreams come true.

Dr. Simckes and his team are absolutely wonderful. We went in for a consultation on November 4th to learn more about the Invocell device, and from the very beginning, Dr. Simckes made us feel completely at ease. He explained everything in clear, layman’s terms and even cracked a few jokes along the way — which my husband and I truly appreciated. We felt comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for. I’ve been to other fertility clinics where I left feeling like just another number, but that was never the case at Fertility Partnership. During our consultation, I happened to be ovulating, and Dr. Simckes told me that if I were to become pregnant naturally, he would care for me through 8 weeks just as he would an IVF patient. And that is exactly what happened. After 10 years of infertility, I became pregnant naturally. Dr. Simckes immediately ordered my bloodwork, and we received the news on Christmas Eve — a moment we will never forget. I truly cannot say enough good things about Dr. Simckes. He is one of those rare doctors who genuinely cares about his patients — not just the procedures or the financial side of fertility treatment. We are beyond grateful.

The staff at this practice was kind, welcoming, and helpful during scheduling and check-in, which made a strong first impression. Unfortunately, the appointment itself did not align with the expectations that were set. The doctor arrived late and appeared unprepared, and much of the visit went off topic, making it difficult to get clear answers to my questions. Some comments made during the appointment felt unprofessional. I was also informed during the visit that the appointment was not scheduled at the correct time in my cycle for certain evaluations, which was frustrating since this was not communicated in advance. Afterward, I had to follow up multiple times to receive my blood test results. While the staff was supportive, the overall experience did not feel worth the cost, and I have chosen to seek care elsewhere. I encourage others to do the same.
