Terrible experience. For my first appointment (consult), I was not seen by the doctor but by the PA. The only time the doctor said hello was when my husband was doing his bloodwork. The male doctor is not very compassionate and has the worst bedside manner that I have seen. For my egg retrievals, the anesthesiologist was literally 3 hours late and I lost the entire lot. I got no apology and no refund. The doctor blamed me and said I had suboptimal fertility and refused to even do an implantation. I guess he didnt want to affect his numbers and thought that I would ruin his implant-to-pregnancy ratio. He made me freeze my embryos forcing me to pay storage fees and still would not implant. I ended up being forced to destroy the embryos. The staff was equally as rude and treats patients like liabilities. Look it is bad enough that we are going through difficulties getting pregnant, but they had no compassion at all. Well, fast forward to months later and a different clinic with much better reviews. I saw a better doctor who said my egg count was excellent. We got pregnant on the FIRST ATTEMPT. I am now looking at my little one. However, I have spent a lot of time and money on something I did not need. Also, be forewarned that this clinic does NOT work on weekends, not even for monitoring. This matters for egg retrievals. Be wary of this clinic.

If you are doing iui please dont come here. i did 4 iuis with no success. They did genetic testings without my consent and wanted me to pay. After a lot of stress they fixed it and i was about to do iui procedure that week. After this situation Rebeca was always rude and short with me. The nurses are nice but were instructed to pressure me to leave very quickly after procedure when i know i should wait 10 minutes, i tried reached out to Dr Lesorgen to change protocols, i was told he was busy and couldnt talk to me. I lost some cycles because they kept always in the same protocol, never updated and was same treatment my iui as less important than IVF. Their business cow is ivf if you want to do iui do another clinic. i also saw many patients years in this clinic with no ivf success. I'm very disappointed as they lost my iui timing in two iuis and now im requesting refund and getting not a lot of resolutions. Dr lesorgen is nice but i need to beg to talk to the dr he never called me for follow ups. Not even the nurses called in my first iuis for follow ups! i understood the clinic doesnt value all patients and they pick and choose. The front desk was rude with me multiple times as well demanding insurance when i told them i was self pay. Please be aware of this clinic! I also needed to cancel my first iui cycle as dr gave me very low dose and they were pressuring me to do iui that cycle when i didnt feel confortable as i didnt have enought mature eggs. It was around 8.000 dollars for no care, no change of protocols and lose of my time. money and to add to my infertility suffering. The only compliment i can give is ome ofthe nurses are very kind!

We were given a set time for a meeting with "Sara" to discuss financials over the phone. We waited for half an hour, then an hour. My wife finally gave up and called and was told by Sara that she was in a meeting, so she will be emailing us an info packet and to call with any questions. Sara was quite short and rude with her. If this is how they treat patients/clients for simple things, I can't imagine how they would treat patients/clients for crucial matters. After hearing from my wife of the exchange, I was extremely bothered and immediately called the facility and spoke with "Gina", requesting a copy of our file. I also told her to relay to the Supervisor that we were very disappointed in how they treated us and that we would be taking our business elsewhere. All she said was "ok, thanks". No apologies, no offer to have the manager call us.....nothing, which is how much business we're going to be giving them. Agree with prior reviews that the doctor was pleasant but the front office is a nightmare, they're rude, double billed me for a test (which I was eventually refunded) and apathetic. For any potential clients, I would imagine this is an emotional time for them, especially if you lost a child and are trudging through the tragedy to build your family. To be treated in this manner is unacceptable and I encourage all potential clients to explore other options if you are looking for a facility who cares about your journey, rather than seeing you just as a paying customer.

I am so grateful to have found this clinic to grow my family. I tried URA initially but found that my care wasn't personalized and I felt like just a number at their office. Dr. Berin kept me at ease from day 1 of the consultation. Explained the whole process in layman terms and gave me realistic expectations. I didn't have insurance coverage with my first child but I found their self pay fees to be comparable to URA but had the added benefit of being seen as a person not a number. After 2 rounds of ivfs and 2 transfers, I was able to have my 1st child. Through the ups and down of the journey all the staff kept me hopefully and had positive energy. One of the nurses Rina really resonated with me because she was with me through the failed transfer and talked to me about her infertility journey and was also with me through the positive results. We actually ended up being pregnant together! From the receptionists to phlebotomists, to nurses, to PAs I havent had anything but pleasant experiences.
