My husband and I had such an amazing experience at the Fertility Institute of Hawaii. From day one, Dr. John Frattarelli made us feel completely comfortable. He is patient, clear, and took the time to explain everything in a way that eased our worries. His expertise and calm presence gave us so much confidence throughout this journey.

Our care coordinator, Julia Kang, was just as incredible. She was kind, responsive, and always willing to answer our many questions. Her communication was timely and filled with care, and she made each step feel supported and manageable.

Every staff member we interacted with showed genuine warmth and professionalism. We truly felt cared for as a whole ʻohana. Mahalo nui to Dr. Frattarelli, Julia, and the entire FIH team for making this journey such a positive and comforting experience.

Our journey with FIH has been amazing from the very beginning. They made us feel extremely comfortable from the very first consultation. Trusting FIH was SO easy. The doctors and nurses are incredibly knowledgeable and care so much for their patients. We've had services with a different clinic years ago and the difference has been truly life changing. Our only regret in our overall journey is we wish we would've found FIH sooner. I can't say this enough, FIH is TOP TIER and we are eternally grateful for our experience. We have never felt so informed, so trusting, and so delicately cared for.

Dr. Karmon was exceptionally knowledgeable and the best to work with! Her kindness and positivity shined so brightly the minute we met her during the video consultation. Dr. Karmon has this incredible confidence about her that let's you know you're in wonderful hands. I remember on our very first in-person visit, we were in the elevator with her, and she just smiled so sweetly at us, like we were already familiar to her. We felt a very inviting embrace in that short moment. My spouse and I looked at each other and whispered "that's our doctor" :') Lol. I appreciated her honesty through our process and loved how positive she was at all times. Thanks to Dr. Karmon's expertise, we are expecting our very first bundle of joy; something we've dreamt of for many years. We could never fully put into words just how deep our gratitude is for her heaven sent ability to create true miracles. We hold her to the absolute highest regards and it was such an honor to be her patient. ❤️

Jae was the very first nurse we had the pleasure of working with. She was incredibly caring, kind and gentle with every visit. She has this soft yet bright glow about her that makes you feel SO comfortable, we will never forget her! She was extremely patient and never hesitated to answer any of our questions. She was with us through many procedures and we are so grateful for her gentle nature.

Chelsey was so wonderful to work with, she did majority of our monitoring and was with us from the very beginning! She was always so happy when she entered the room and answered many of our questions. She truly felt like a family friend when conversing with her :) She was always so happy for us when we'd make great progress and always so empathetic when we'd encounter delays. She remained so positive through everything. We are so thankful for her!

Taylor was absolutely amazing. She is one of the best nurses we have ever met and is truly a ray of sunshine. She is so charismatic, charming and bubbly. Her personality goes perfectly with her profession, always happy and smiling. She has wonderful manners and is so genuine, she made us feel so comfortable and was always willing to answer any questions we had. She has this reassuring and kind nature that makes you feel important and cared for. She literally has the cutest personality and we are so grateful for her.

Zoe was the best phlebotomist ever lol, I swear I never felt anything during bloodwork! She was so bubbly and has the best personality. I loved our conversations, even if it was for a few minutes. She is so lovely to be around. She makes you laugh and smile everytime.

The front desk staff were sweet as always, they'd recognized me immediately and checked me in each time with ease. I felt like a VIP patient with them lol, always wishing us luck when we'd have an important procedure coming up :)

The entire team is beyond phenomenal, from the medical assistants, embryologist, and everyone in between; they truly made our experience so wonderful and each encounter made us feel so much more than just patients to them. I cannot thank FIH enough for this challenging yet rewarding journey. You all hold such a special place in our hearts <3 We are truly so blessed and lucky to have been in your care.

Navigating infertility can be scary and an emotional roller coaster ride. Fortunately, my husband and I were blessed to be referred to Dr. Frattarelli at Fertility Institute of Hawaii to help us through this difficult journey. After a few failed IUIs, we decided to go ahead and pursue IVF. During the process, there is a lot of information that comes your way but Dr. Frattarelli was patient and kind to go over all the details and options with my husband and I. He helped us feel at ease in all chapters of this journey, from my egg retrieval to our frozen embryo transfer. In addition to having a great doctor, we couldn’t have asked for a better IVF coordinator. Julia was there to answer all our questions and has been our personal cheerleader since the start of our IVF journey. She walked us step by step on how to take my injections and was excited when she seen baby kick at our last ultrasound. We loved her so much that my husband and I had to check to see if she would be our coordinator when we decide to have another baby. We were happy to find out that she will be! I’m just about to reach the end of my first trimester and although we still have a ways to go, my husband and I would like to thank Dr. Frattarelli, Julia, and FIH for helping us get to this point. We have our first positive pregnancy and we are so excited for this new journey!

I had a very positive experience with the fertility institute. IVF is not something I ever thought I would have to go through and I had a lot of trepidation about the process. That is why it’s extremely important to feel comfortable and supported, and that’s exactly how I would describe my experience with the fertility institute. Dr. Frattarelli was our doctor. He is to the point but he is also compassionate and it very much seems he develops a plan that focuses on maximizing your success. Silivia was an excellent coordinator. She was always prompt with answering any questions and was super supportive the whole time. All of the PA’s were very thorough during the scans and I appreciated their knowledge and expertise. It’s so nice they offer acupuncture at their office which I took advantage of for the day of my embryo transfer. I highly recommend. It seems like a very busy clinic, however I was always able to get appointment times that I needed to accommodate my schedule, which was especially helpful when I was living on a different island and having to travel to their location. The clinic is extremely clean. I’m extremely grateful that I had access to such a great fertility clinic living on the islands. I’m absolutely thrilled to welcome my baby into the world and I so appreciate them for helping me get there!
