Forever Grateful! We had been trying for a couple years and when we came into this office and met Dr. Justice for the first time, we knew God sent us to the right place. Dr. Justice is the most kind, caring and deeply involved Doctor with her patients that I have ever witnessed. I never went a moment I did not feel I was in good hands. Dr. Justice is so intelligent and the most thorough Doctor, who really knows what is best for each of her patients. She is so focused on delivering optimal care for her patients. If she could have held my hand each time I went in, she would have. She listened so intently and brought some much passion and knowledge to the table! She took her time and made sure we didn't rush through anything, even if I thought we should. She really is the most gifted doctor. The staff there on her team were amazing as well. Very caring, never a moment that we didn't feel completely cared for. I loved the fact too, I saw Dr. Justice for the whole process, minus a couple US, who were done by her NP's and I felt in good hands with them as well. We prayed for this moment and we know without God, we would not have been delivered to this path and to Dr. Justice who helped bring forth our 1st little one. We can't wait to go back and try for our 2nd little one! Thank you for our beautiful miracle we conceived with help from Dr. Justice and team at Fertility Endocrine & Associates. God bless!

Please do not go to this fertility doctor or facility They do not prioritize patient care and seem focused only on IVF and the money it brings I was treated dismissively by Dr Krause who talked down to me and ignored my reports that I was still getting positive pregnancy tests after my recent surgery She insisted my only remaining tube was blocked on both ends yet my tests clearly show there is still an opening Despite my history including the loss of my dominant ovary stage 4 endometriosis low ovarian reserve and ongoing fertility challenges Dr Krause refused to refill medication that has helped me in the past claiming it would not work simply because she assumed it was futile This was not based on my medical history or experience but on her personal judgment Her lack of listening dismissive attitude and refusal to support my fertility goals was deeply unprofessional If you want a doctor who values your input respects your experience and works with you as a patient this is not the place. If I could rate them a zero star I would but they didn’t give me that option.

We graduated today! 🎓💕 A huge thank you to Dr. Tiffany Justice and her amazing team for making this dream possible. I cannot recommend them enough — truly a 10/10 experience for anyone starting or growing their family. Dr. Justice was so kind and patient, allowing every emotion to flow freely, even while I was on the exam table. She made sure everything was perfect for our transfer and took the time to explain every detail so that my husband and I felt completely confident and cared for. I also wanted to state that with this experience I was met with an actual doctor for every appointment. I don't know if that is a game changer for anyone else, but it sure was for me. My husband and I tested out the other local clinic when we first started. And I'm not here to bash any practice, but being told that you only see the doctor for transfer day and if something is wrong is a little bit disheartening. Even though the other clinic had really nice staff, I much rather that one on one with the doctor and hearing the live explanation while Wanda (the wand ultrasound) is picking up images vs just a portal message that doesn't provide the reassurance that things will be okay. Also thank you for keeping the gender a secret for us! We can't wait to welcome our very first baby in June 🤍🤍 I’m endlessly grateful to Dr. Justice for helping make this moment a reality!

What is the history and background of Fertility & Endocrine Associates? expand_more
Founded in 1991 by Dr. Robert Homm, MD, Fertility & Endocrine Associates is the oldest private infertility practice and the first privately run IVF laboratory in Kentucky. Over more than three decades, the clinic has grown into a leading center for reproductive medicine, joining the Norton Women’s Pavilion and expanding its services to include advanced IVF, donor programs, and fertility preservation. The practice’s longevity reflects a commitment to cutting‑edge technology, board‑certified fertility specialists, and a patient‑centered approach that has helped hundreds of families achieve their dreams of parenthood.
What are the IVF success rates at Fertility & Endocrine Associates? expand_more
Fertility & Endocrine Associates reports that women under age 35 achieve a pregnancy in roughly 50% of IVF cycles, which is one of the highest pregnancy rates for assisted reproduction. The clinic notes that success declines with advancing maternal age, reflecting the typical trend seen in in vitro fertilization outcomes. While the live‑birth rate is slightly lower due to miscarriage risk, the overall IVF success rate remains the strongest among the fertility treatment options offered. These results are based on the clinic’s own data and are audited as part of its commitment to transparent, evidence‑based care.
Who are the fertility doctors and specialists at Fertility & Endocrine Associates? expand_more
Fertility & Endocrine Associates is led by two board‑certified reproductive endocrinologists: Dr. Miriam S. Krause, MD, FACOG, who holds certifications in Obstetrics & Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology, and Dr. Tiffany D. Justice, MD, FACOG, also certified in both specialties and recognized as a Louisville "Top Doctor." The clinical team is supported by Lauren Slone, APRN, WHNP/FNP, a nurse practitioner with advanced training in infertility nursing and over 14 years of experience. Founder Dr. Robert Homm, MD, established the practice in 1991 and remains a respected figure in the field. Together, this multidisciplinary team provides comprehensive assisted reproduction care.
What fertility treatments and services does Fertility & Endocrine Associates offer? expand_more
Fertility & Endocrine Associates provides a full spectrum of assisted reproduction services, including in vitro fertilization (IVF) with options such as ICSI and preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) for embryo screening. The clinic also offers intrauterine insemination (IUI), ovulation induction using oral agents (Clomiphene, Letrozole) and injectable gonadotropins, and comprehensive third‑party donor services—donor eggs, donor sperm, and gestational carrier programs. Fertility preservation options include egg freezing (mature oocyte vitrification) and embryo cryopreservation. Additional specialized care covers treatment of PCOS, endometriosis, recurrent pregnancy loss, and secondary infertility, all delivered by a team of fertility specialists and reproductive endocrinologists.
Does Fertility & Endocrine Associates provide fertility treatment for same-sex couples? expand_more
Fertility & Endocrine Associates is inclusive of same‑sex couples and offers tailored fertility treatment pathways for both female and male partners. Lesbian couples can utilize donor sperm, donor eggs, or reciprocal IVF, where one partner provides the egg and the other carries the pregnancy. Gay male couples are supported through donor egg and gestational carrier programs, enabling them to build families via in vitro fertilization. The clinic’s third‑party donor services and experienced reproductive endocrinologists ensure that same‑sex couples receive the same high‑quality assisted reproduction care as any other patients.
Does Fertility & Endocrine Associates offer egg donation for IVF treatment? expand_more
Yes, Fertility & Endocrine Associates provides a comprehensive egg donation program for IVF cycles. Prospective recipients can access donor eggs from a screened donor pool, with donors undergoing rigorous medical, psychological, and genetic evaluation to ensure safety and quality. The clinic coordinates the synchronization of donor and recipient cycles, performs egg retrieval, fertilizes the donor eggs with partner or donor sperm, and transfers resulting embryos—often at the blastocyst stage—into the recipient’s uterus. This third‑party assisted reproduction service expands options for patients with diminished ovarian reserve, advanced maternal age, or genetic concerns.
