INVICTA is cheating to people when given a date to get the PCR Result. Before making the appointment they told me it takes just 24 hrs to get the PRC Result and that’s why I choose INVICTA – but they are liars, just to get your money. Thanks to INVICTA because did not provide me the PCR result as they said I lost my flight. If INVICTA would tell me they have some delay and they will take more than 30 hrs, because Polish law – I would never take my PCR here.
Please ensure you are using other Laboratories with more quality and not liars as INVICTA

My husband and I had a treatment at INVICTA Gdansk from April to September this year. Throughout this time staff (reception, labs, doctors, embryologists) were supportive and very understanding. The clinic is very modern with top class equipment and it’s own lab.
I live abroad – as such each of my visit was carefully planned and appointments were arranged in the most convenient way.
We had a pleasure to be lead by dr Glodek who was always responsive, polite and very knowledgeable. Every stressful situation (for me) was handled with full professionalism and sensitivity.
After 3 failed IVFs in the UK we finally met a team that listen to us, answered our questions and concerns and came up with a plan. A good plan as we are now happily pregnant (planning to stay pregnant for next few months).
We will be coming back for our little frozen baby 🙂

We definitely do not recommend this place if someone wants to perform an in vitro procedure with oocyte donation using the government program. Let’s start with the fact that the level of information provision and its acquisition is marginal. For example, we as a couple knew absolutely nothing about where we stood and what the specific steps were, for example – we had to wait after a series of check-ups for information from the clinic regarding donors that if they were found, they would communicate with us, there were two e-mails with a proposal, but the phenotypically did not match, so we wrote that we did not agree and were waiting for further proposals. Then a sudden phone call that we had two or three days to choose a donor on their platform (which kept disconnecting the connection)… Because it’s in the contract and we have to do something within 30 days or we will lose the procedure. We managed to make a quick choice, we were waiting for transport to our clinic in Warsaw, of course, when we were informed that it had already arrived, no one bothered to call. Then it’s a matter of breeding, no phone call that they were fertilized and what the development status is. A phone call regarding medicines – you call the headquarters in Gdańsk, then they order a phone call to the coordinator in Warsaw and you wait for a call from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and if you didn’t answer the first time, no one called after that… And you repeat the procedure of ordering a contact (they call from a general telephone, general hotline), we go to the agreed transfer, they take our blood (tests) and a sudden phone call that there will be no transfer because the embryos have not developed… It’s a pity that before When we arrived at the clinic, no one called us not to go… Then we had to wait for an appointment with the doctor to explain what happened… 2-3 hours… We entered among the patients thanks to their kindness and the doctor, Mr. Janusz Pałaszewski, put the blame on the donor, that we had to look further and that was it. Later, we wanted to get more information by phone (of course, it is a difficult process), so Mr. Janusz Pałaszewski called and texted my wife, what do you want, that they have photos, everything was fine… It is not a professional clinic and generates a lot of unnecessary stress.
We are currently having the procedure in another clinic and we have 5 beautiful embryos. We are waiting for the transfer.

The ladies who work at the collection point are wonderful. Very professional, fast, and precise. Everything takes place in a pleasant atmosphere. So far, blood donations have always been stressful for me and I have fainted. The employees of the Invicta collection point broke the spell for me about this test.

Failure, you call every month for half a year trying to make an appointment, you wait another half a year and the clinic doesn’t bother to call and inform you that they don’t have a contract for the tests. Not everyone is from Warsaw, the whole day is wasted because the clinic ignores patients.

It’s RINGING! People, the reception said that last year you had no financing, I wasted my referral because of you, but you got money for the visit. The National Health Fund has already received my written complaint.
