My first experience with this facility and unfortunately I do not have pleasant feelings about registration. I was sent away from the facility without notice on Thursday, because you can’t come for laboratory tests without making an appointment, so I had to wait until Tuesday. To my surprise, on Tuesday, the lady at the registration desk accepted two patients who had not previously been scheduled after me, so patients are not treated equally. Of course, a plus for the girl who welcomed these two ladies, unfortunately a minus for the approach and tone of the conversation for the one I had previously dealt with. Very nice staff in the laboratory itself.

Starting from the beginning, the telephone registration was very pleasant, the lady at the reception, and I think there were 3 ladies in total (because I was there three times) were wonderful, nice and competent. Even though I didn’t like it and was nervous about taking regular blood, I got over it. They do it so gently and say that I will go there with pleasure tomorrow🥰

I do not recommend it if you are applying for reimbursement from the government in vitro program. We had a paid visit after which, despite providing full documentation that should have qualified us, we were not qualified. Doctor Joanna Szczyptańska is nice and smiling, but she ordered us a lot of expensive tests that are not reimbursed by the National Health Fund. We were informed that they still needed to perform tests to exclude the possibility of natural conception or to try to cure us. Our gynecologist even issued a certificate stating that we could count on the miracle of natural conception in our case. The tests at the clinic before we get into the government program, if we get into it at all, cost about PLN 10,000.
I called, checked neighboring clinics, and went to another clinic for an appointment with the test results. The first visit already qualified us for the government in vitro program. Free visit, mostly NF tests. It was enough to go to neighboring Gdańsk.
I believe that this policy of the clinic imposes a number of private, very expensive tests. I know that if we want a child, we can pay a lot, but there are actually clinics that, in my opinion, help better.

Very nice, young lady at the registration desk. Calm, explains everything, smiling. Prenatal tests carried out by a very nice doctor who performed the examination thoroughly. The doctor is also nice, talkative, explains and answers every question and gives advice 🙂 Best regards, very good care and I recommend it
