Terrible service, very long waiting times on the phone, and the operators are completely unprepared, they treat us very badly, say they don't have an interpreter and make no effort whatsoever to help us.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Impersonal and unreliable care. Their phone recording promises “quality customer care” but that’s not what you’ll get here. Staff sets wildly inappropriate expectations and is not knowledgeable about their patient’s specific care plan. Nobody knows who you are, where you are on your path, and the advice varies depending on which nurse you talk to. The Dr you are assigned may or may not be the Dr who provides your care, and the follow up is incomplete, to say the least. The only plaque on the wall is one bragging about an award they got in 2012, which may well be the last time they were able to provide quality care. It’s no wonder they haven’t gotten one since. Literally go anywhere else.

Extremely shady practice. We met Dr. Gargiulo and found him unprofessional. A doctor that talks bad behind his colleagues does not sound very mature. He kept talking about his vast experience so on and so forth. He sounded self absorbed to us. The practice has lot of miscommunication. If you don't believe me, filter to lowest reviews to confirm this. The billing & insurance department is shady as well and has lack of communication and the patient is blamed in the process. They did not bill my insurance and instead decided I was self pay when I provided it to them. The experience left a bad taste in my mouth and hence I will never recommend them to anyone.
