I can’t begin to tell you how comfortable Dr. Rodger’s and her staff have made me feel during this entire process. The staff in Glenview are amazing and so friendly. Nataly the ultrasound tech is fantastic at her job! I can’t say enough about FCI- glenview!

FCI was so incredible during this experience. My nurse Avery and ultrasound technician Cristina were both so beyond lovely, making each day a pleasure I came to the office. Thank you so much for making me feel comfortable and loved during these few weeks!!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at the Fertility Clinic of Illinois in Glenview! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly warm and professional and always welcomed and supported throughout my journey.

Every woman I have encountered at FCI has been amazing! At the Glenview office, Tarnia (phlebotomist) is the best in her field and Kristina who does ultrasounds, I call her my Lucky Charm! Shout out to Dr. Rodgers and RN Bri- thank you all for making me feel like you are truly in my corner and doing what’s best for my journey!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Dr. Rodgers, Stephanie, Cristina, Nataly, Olja and all of the staff at FCI. While all of the ultrasound techs were amazing I mostly saw Cristina who was always empathetic, caring, and supportive during my monitoring appointments. Nataly is also incredibly kind and compassionate. You can’t go wrong with either of them. Through the ups and downs of IVF it was comforting knowing you’d be seeing them at your next monitoring appointment and update them on what was next in your journey. Olja the phlebotomist made the blood draws painless. Every phlebotomist comments on my ‘small veins’ and she was always able to get a good draws on the first stick. Stephanie and all of the nursing staff are angels! I always knew what to expect and they would always follow in the portal and/or a phone call to ensure I knew what next steps were. I felt supported every step of the way in our IVF journey thanks to everyone at the FCI glenview location.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at FCI Glenview! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism, making me feel welcome and at ease. Michelle and Valencia are amazing at scheduling and making sure the process is seamless from the moment I walk in. I couldn’t believe that I could be in and out of an ultrasound and bloodwork appointment within 10-15 minutes.

The phlebotomy team was equally impressive—my blood draws were quick and virtually painless, thanks to their skill and attention to comfort. They show empathy and really care about their patients.

The ultrasound staff (Cristina and Nataly) are incredibly kind and attentive. They ensured I felt comfortable during the procedure and explained each step along the way. They really make coming in for appointments feel like you are seeing a caring friend.

Overall, every member of the team contributed to a supportive and caring environment. I couldn’t be happier with the level of service and compassion I received and continue to receive from them. Highly recommend FCI Glenview for anyone on their fertility journey!

I’ve had a great experience at the Glenview location. Cristina and Nataly are the kindest ultrasound techs who genuinely care about their patients. Tarnia and the phlebotomy staff are fantastic and always greet me with a smile. Michelle and Valencia at the front desk are always helpful and professional. I’m so appreciative of everyone at this clinic for helping to make this difficult journey a bit more tolerable 🙂

Nightmare. Even getting medical records they pay zero attention to detail and make mistakes. Did not scroll to see a second page!? The head of medical records?!

Got my phone number wrong three times even though I corrected them, got our insurance wrong, staff in the front talks about Facebook drama in front of patients, staff has given us the run around to even schedule appointments. Staff does not communicate and it is disorganized and a mess. I wouldn’t trust them to babysit an 18 year old let alone complete a fertility treatment.

Really love FCI their staff is amazing, and they are beyond accommodating. You get to know the same techs which is really nice!
