Went there for a routine check. One year later am getting slapped with a $300 bill for a consultation. All I received was a 5 min chat where I only got asked a question about my motivations. Never was told this would cost extra and it seemed like it was necessary for the routine check (was it really?). On top of it now conveniently the billing department is difficult to get a hold of. Beware and ask for pricing upfront, every step along the way.

I have been trying to schedule an appointment for more than a week and no one ever answers the phone. It cannot be done online either. I have called during different hours and different days (mornings, afternoon) and no answer. That is such a red flag! I haven't been able to get in touch with this center and I already advise anyone to beware!

The absolute BEST team! I'm a two time patient, so trust me I KNOW. thank you so much for helping make our dreams come to fruition! Very grateful to Dr. Jacobs (retired), Dr. Chuong and the nursing staff (too many to name but very very grateful, for your kindness and hand holding) . I won't take away stars for their medical records dept but if you don't stay on top of them, things will not get done.

Avoid this place! Dr. Joelle E. Taylor is a person without scruples and mercenary . My husband and I went there to do some "basic tests". Before even trying to conceive naturally she told us that we should look for an IVF treatment using an egg donor and told us immediately to listen to their financial plans! Yesterday we got the total invoice she charged us for the "basic tests" : USD 14,000.00 ! She just wanted to just take money from us! This place is a SPAM! ================== UPDATED REVIEW - 03/24/2023 I RECEIVED A REPLY SAYING THAT I AM A FAKE PATIENT. I AM NOT A FAKE PATIENT, IF ANYONE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE FURTHER INFORMATION, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO REACH ME OUT. BR, I. LINS, MIAMI, FL
