The Doctors Brezina and Chappell were great in providing the information needed, options available, and proper attention and care.

As to the communications of this establishment:
Abysmal, you almost never can get a hold of a person, the automated system has an email address that is inactive, and you have to leave a voicemail which they will return whenever they feel like it.

My wife had to have surgery. We filled out FMLA paperwork. We handed it in and were told it would be faxed to her employer. It was not. I am still expecting a call back from them. She could lose her employment over this. I need it remedied immediately.

Dr Kutteh DR Kutteh DR Kutteh, you were heaven sent!!!! Our son is now 2 and I thank God everyday for him. I really wish you were still there for our second round. Unfortunately we had Dr Bailey who was very dismissive and didn’t bother to follow up after I had a failed transfer. I don’t believe she has a passion for people but more of a passion for money. I was truly disappointed with my experience with her. I highly recommend FAOM however I pray Dr Bailey starts caring more for her African American patients especially after a failed transfer and not following up with a message or phone call. I was told to set up an appointment and pay out of pocket $350 just to meet with her about my failed results. Unlike Dr Kutteh who had conversations with me over the phone and sent a message to my portal congratulating me on my successful pregnancy. He truly cares! Overall I love FAOM I just wish I had a better second round experience like my first. God bless you and your business Dr Kutteh. I can’t thank you enough!!!! Dr Bailey, please learn to have compassion for your patients and follow up. Show that you care and please don’t treat us like we are just another number.

Switched from Nashville Fertility to here due to the long drive, and wish I hadn’t. I should’ve kept driving to Nashville. This place here pushes you for IVF, and seems to underservice those doing IUI. My saline sonogram in Nashville was flawless. When I switched and got one done here? It felt like death. I have never experienced a pain like that in my life. It’s not supposed to hurt like that!! They had trouble with everything, even putting the device in my uterus.. Nashville made this easy, Memphis?! This felt like torture and wasted money. I am sure they inseminated me when they shouldn’t have as I had one egg like 35mm and they still did it. This is my biggest regret… my spouse kept saying give them a try, this is your sign to listen to your discernment and don’t switch! I was also not a fan of the car salesman vibe when first doing our consult with doctor brezina, don’t persuade me to change our IUI goal to do IVF. He talked so small in regards to IUI it was very discouraging, we don’t need that during this time. It’s already emotionally and financially draining, we need a doctor who will have motivation and encouragement through the whole process.
