I believe that doctors in this area should always be very well-informed about what reproductive medicine has to offer, especially since it's a constantly evolving field, which is clearly not the case with the doctor who treated me at the clinic. For those trying to conceive: there are clinics with doctors who are constantly updating their knowledge and willing to offer the best scientifically based treatments to their patients; it's worth researching before committing.

The clinic is SPECTACULAR, I highly recommend it! First of all, I thank God and Our Lady of Aparecida, then certainly Dr. Edson Borges Jr. and his team, for the existence of our princess, who is now 2 years and 8 months old. Dr. Edson is wonderful, very attentive and explains all our doubts in detail. May God continue to illuminate you all 🙏🏾🙌🏾 We are two extremely happy and fulfilled mothers 💜

Excellent service, from the first contact to schedule the appointment. I received all the information I needed. Dr. Edson is very attentive and understood and explained all the details of my situation and my treatment. The team is also very professional, attentive and helpful. The place is excellent, it doesn't even look like a clinic, it looks like a hotel. I felt very comfortable. There is a healthy snack option, parking is complimentary and the price of treatment is reasonable (within São Paulo standards).

Lack of transparency and communication, disregard and mockery towards patients; you feel like you're bothering them when you ask a question. They transported my eggs without my authorization, and frankly, I'm very afraid of their level of care with the eggs given the lack of attention and diligence during the process.

The experience I had at the Sapientiae Institute in 2022 was disappointing and exhausting. When I went to the consultation, I was informed about the possibility of free In Vitro Fertilization (IVF), which gave me hope after a long period of trying. After following all the instructions, such as reporting the first day of menstruation to evaluate the follicles, I was selected and was ready to start the process. However, I was later informed that it was necessary to wait. This prolonged wait without clear information caused me to lose days of work and caused me frustration. Over time, I was constantly informed that there was no medication available, even after having paid tests requested by the clinic. In the end, to my surprise and dismay, I was informed that, if I wanted, I could carry out the procedure for a fee, with a supposed discount offered by the institute. This situation highlights a lack of transparency and commitment on the part of the Institute, which played with the hopes and dreams of several people, including mine. Furthermore, the time and resources I invested were wasted, without the initial promise being fulfilled. It is regrettable that an institution that should offer support and solutions to issues as delicate as infertility ends up causing even more anguish and disappointment to its patients. Even if there is no medication, why do vacancies open?
