Poor WhatsApp attention and unfriendly staff, but highly superb IVF treatment.

I modify my rating until the attention of WhatsApp improves, which is being outrageous. I don't know if they changed the staff but in that case they should review who they hired. It is not intended to serve the public. The treatment is highly superb.

The reviewer had an IVF experience at a clinic with high-tech equipment and friendly staff. It was a high-cost option with some waiting time. Good communication quality and overall neutral sentiment.

The place is very good, its hygiene is impeccable. The professionals are very warm and humane about everything... From the boy who is the receptionist, all the docs and Doc Matías who has enormous patience to answer all your questions. The laboratory that is not located in the same place is also as is. Here's to more places like this!

The IVF clinic had friendly professional staff, but suffered from long waiting times, despite good communication and mixed IVF treatment reviews.

I thank Dr Alan Pedro for his support during all my treatments. He was clear from the beginning and always answered all our questions. He was also open and listened to my needs as a patient. I highlight his commitment, his respect and that he answers questions by email very quickly and clearly. Thanks Alan! The experience in everything administrative was also excellent.

LET'S SEE IF THEY START READING PEOPLE'S COMPLAINTS!!! The attention is terrible, the bad disposition of the employees is excessive, you send them a WhatsApp, email whatever, they don't know how to respond and they cut off your message with a...have a good afternoon!!! They don't clarify things well for you and I think they do it so that you spend your 5 consultations (which the OS covers) and you have to pay privately, not to mention paying, a thousand pesos for each copy of a paper, it's quite a business and you They waste valuable time. If you have an embryo left, I don't want to imagine what they're doing.

IVF treatment failed, staff not supportive, poor communication

After 7 years of searching (imagine that I went through several clinics and a hundred doctors!), I found in Fertilab a work team that understands the feelings and knows how to accompany, from the reception, the administration and the entire medical staff. A special thanks and recognition to my Doc. Julieta Briones, for the vibe, the energy and the always fair word! A special affection for Doc. Yanina Szer, who took over when Juli had to slow down for a little while. Now to cross my fingers tightly, hope that everything goes well and that in 2025 my long-awaited dream of being a mother will come true. Thank you!!!
