Hello, I would like to share my experience. The service was terrible. It took a long time to be seen and my appointment was rushed! I waited for 1 hour and 50 minutes, so I arrived half an hour before my appointment. The doctor was just talking to a friend because I could hear loud laughter. She wasn't even a patient! I was told that she was in the waiting room. As soon as I went in for my appointment, she saw me so quickly. She was in a rush and didn't even write down my exams like all the other doctors do during their appointments. She usually looked at my exams quickly. I had an ultrasound exam where my husband was present. There was no apron, just a bed sheet. I felt embarrassed. She quickly explained my condition and rushed me. I thought the service was very rushed. I didn't feel welcomed, because it's something so delicate, sensitive and complex. I found the clinic on Instagram where it talks about assessable prices. This is a lie, because the prices are the same! Don't be fooled!

Olá, gostaria de expor minha experiência , péssimo atendimento foi muito demorado para eu ser atendida e a minha consulta sendo toda apressada ! Fiquei aguardando 1h:50,Portanto cheguei meia hora antes da consulta, A Dra estava apenas conversando com uma amiga pois se ouvia risada altas , nem paciente era! Me informaram que ela estava em atendimento, assim que entrei para consulta ela me atendeu tão rápido, me apressado nem ser que anotou meus exames como todos os outro médico fazem no atendimento, ela em geral viu meus exames rapidamente, eu realizei um exame ultravaginal onde meu marido estava presente nem tinha avental era um lençol de cama fiquei contragida,ela rapidamente falou das minhas condições e me apressado, achei muito atropelado o atendimento, Não me sentir acolhida , pois é algo tão delicado ,sensível e complexo, Eu encontrei a clínica no instragam onde fala de valores assessiveis mentira pois os valores são os mesmo ! Não se iludam !

I tried in vitro fertilization 3 times, all without success. The doctor's response was to tell me that there was no cause for the negative results, only because I was very unlucky. An unfortunate outcome for someone who spent everything she had and didn't have to receive 3 negative results, with an implanted embryo that simply didn't develop. I'm disappointed with the clinic.
