I do not recommend this clinic in any sense, we were waiting 20 minutes for our appointment time, until then I can understand it a little. They gave us a doctor named Beatriz, to whom we explained our case (coming from social security), she didn’t look at us or test us or anything, she didn’t even give me an ultrasound, her words were: how do you have experience in this topic? I’ll save the explanation, I was a little embarrassed because I didn’t expect this answer at all. She sold me the hyperbaric chamber and they had the best laboratory. In other centers they have explained it to me in detail and above all we have looked at the tests together with the doctor. They moved us back to the waiting room where we waited more than 30 minutes for them to give us a quote, a girl just passed by and apologized because “they had forgotten” about us, INCREDIBLE, she sent me the quote via whass up and insisted What we saw in the laboratory, but we didn’t want to. There are clinics with much better treatment and greater empathy. You can have the best laboratory in the world but as professionals you are worthless.

Unfortunately, after having made two fertility attempts with them and not being successful, for economic reasons we were not forced to request the transfer of embryos to social security. We requested this at the end of October and we are still waiting for them to carry out the transfer. It seems shameful to me how something can be delayed for so long, I am very angry with the service provided. While we were with you we did not have any problems since both the nurse and the gynecologist treated us well and I have the feeling that all of this is due to not having made the transfer with them. Anyway, I hope it gets resolved as soon as possible. And honestly not because of the treatment received but in the end I do not RECOMMEND this clinic to anyone.

I haven’t even gotten to go, they have postponed my first date three times. It doesn’t give me confidence or reliability and the truth is, it doesn’t give me much professionalism either. In this case it is a first appointment but from what I have read it seems it also happens with patients, these processes are already delicate and long enough to constantly postpone them.

“Disappointed with Expired Tubes and Lack of Flexibility During Blood Draw”
My partner and I went to have a blood draw for some Igenomix tests and they used expired tubes, so the draw was useless. Despite the error, they did not give us time flexibility to make a new extraction. I’m not going to give my details here, but it was Friday, August 2, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.

“My Breast Surgery Experience Disappointed Due to Poor Clinic Conditions”
Unfortunately, my experience at this health center was not what I expected. I had breast surgery and although the procedure itself was necessary, the conditions of the clinic left much to be desired. The cleaning and maintenance of the facilities was not optimal.
I hope they can improve in these aspects so that future patients have a more positive experience.

“I Can’t Believe This Place Is Still Open After My Terrible Experience!”
I’m Áurea. I had a treatment here a long time ago. I’m surprised that this place is still open. They completely scammed me. It occurred to them to give me an embryo on day 2… I wouldn’t have a life span to not return a single euro. You can live with the clear conscience? At least cinnamon and return part of the money. I don’t know how you can sleep peacefully with the atrocities you do. Let there be no God because you are going to have a very bad time.
