Not recommended at all. We went there for an evaluation and it was the worst experience we've ever had. My AMH test came back extremely low. They gave me very few options, were very blunt, and focused solely on getting started and talking about money. I found them so unprofessional that I went to another clinic for a different option. There, when I had the AMH test repeated, the result was double what I had gotten at Eugin. I find it shameful that they treat people this way. Not to mention that out of the three times I went, I saw a different doctor each day, and the last one was the worst I've ever encountered. She was very rude and kept asking us what we did for a living, where we lived, and so on. We understand it's a business to make money, but they should be more professional. I absolutely do not recommend them; there are much better options.

I absolutely do not recommend them!!! Don't be fooled by such unprofessional people. I made a payment for egg freezing treatment with Ruber, and it turns out that this clinic is now managing it, and the doctor who was treating me is no longer at this new clinic. Well, they claim they can't refund my deposit for reasons that make absolutely no sense. They talk about deadlines that are completely unrealistic and try to justify and deceive me with nonsensical arguments. I will take this as far as I have to; this situation is not fair.

The communication with the doctor was lacking and I ended up in tears multiple times because of their lack of organization skills and empathy that caused me so much stress. In the end, the treatment was wildly unsuccessful. I was treated like a number. The doctor apologized after a lengthy discussion but he tried to protect himself until the very end. I am traumatized and I will never go back to the clinic nor to Madrid. I am experiencing the worst moment of my life and now I have destroyed my health.

Regarding the previous reviews, everything is false because it is not like that and I say this from my experience, organization 10, cleanliness 10, empathy 10, and I want to emphasize Dr. Elena Izquierdo, a great professional and a person of 10, our case was very complicated and she managed it and now we have our daughter thanks to her and also thank the nurse Luz, another great person, very close, very professional and very caring, the negative reviews are false and have nothing to do with reality, I recommend this clinic 100%

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT (it won't let you give 0 stars) - By law, you can donate up to 6 times until you're 35... well, I donated with them twice: the first time was fine, and the second time I asked them to change the pen you use to prick yourself because it was burning with pain... THEY NEVER DID IT, even so I continued with the treatment and it was fine... well, I've been trying to do a third for several months and they tell me there's no donor... when they keep posting on their WhatsApp that they need people!! When you go to donate, you sign several papers which state that if they see anything strange, they are obligated to tell you! I'm still waiting... clearly they take advantage of people's needs. And to top it all off, a friend recommended me, and they told both her and me that they would give her a ridiculous compensation for recommending me, and they NEVER gave it to her... PATHETIC! There are 200 clinics, please go where it's worth it.
