A very good clinic, personal available, attentive, very good follow-up… me who is in premenopause, first successful transfer! Thank you very much Eugin Clinic! especially Tamara, a pearl, a sweetness… thank you for everything.
Our dream is coming true thanks to Eugin, our princess was born on May 15, 2024! I thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the Eugin teams.

A warm welcome always and in French.
Pleasant, attentive professionals who have faith in their reproductive techniques.
They always answered my questions quickly and checked in on the phone when necessary.
I can never thank them enough for the little miracle they allowed us to have. In France, it had become “impossible”. Thanks to their systematic questioning at each stage, today we are the very happy parents of a superb little boy.

“Highly Recommend Eugin for Oocyte Vitrification: A Wonderful Experience!”
I went to Eugin after visiting 4 clinics in Madrid. My experience with oocyte vitrification has been very good. Dr. Elena has been with me throughout the entire process and I greatly appreciate the treatment she has given me because it has been wonderful, as has the attention of the entire medical team. I would recommend this clinic 200%, the treatment is very close and in these processes it is very appreciated.

“My Experience as a Donor Was Terrible: Painful Treatment and Unsympathetic Staff”
Surely the experience is wonderful for the women who come to be inseminated, but my experience has been as a donor and it has been terrible, to begin with the treatment (I admit that not all the staff) but the gynecologists hurt me a lot, even when I was Warning that she was hurting me, the aunt continued and did not stop or try to do it more delicately. At all times they tell you that the intervention does not hurt, and that is true, what hurts is when the anesthesia begins to wear off the next three days, and no, it is not discomfort, it is pain. Furthermore, on the day of the intervention I forgot to bring the leftover medication and for work reasons I was not able to take it until a few months later and since they say it is expired they have taken €50 from the misery that they “donated” to you which seems incredible to me given that, It is just another business that is constantly billing and making money, taking advantage of the needs of women, in the case of the donors, mistreating their bodies and from whom they benefit from the need for money that we have…. I would not recommend it to any woman, especially not in this clinic.

I 100% recommend this clinic! Trust me, I know after spending so much money in other clinics without having any success, Eugin is one of the best if not THE BEST in Spain. I felt so safe and in good hands from the moment I walked in. The receptionists, the nurses, the lab techs and doctors are all incredibly supportive and experienced. They are with you from the very beginning and throughout the process answering all questions and concerns. Dra. Alexandra is simply God sent. We met her at a moment where all hope was lost and she made our dream come true.
